  2. After my recent install of my sleeper06 ported juggs after breakin finally got to let it loose. And it is amazing how much more top end I have but my clutch HATED IT. It would just let go and the engine would free spin in very high rpm. But we are talking about a tusk heavy duty not bad for 35$. Quick call to driveline had me on the road in no time even sent me another set of springs for free. Easy to communicate with knowledgeable and friendly plus the price wasn't bad. My 4mm puts it to the ground now. Next have to upgrade the mounts the motor is twisting during a hard launch but the clutch takes every bit of. Hope someone finds this helpful would definitely recommend driveline dune clutch.
  3. Watch out for those esr pipes had 2 buddies light seize pistons with those 1 was a 350cc with trx5 pipe the other was a esr 310 with trx11 pipe. Something about the diameter of the inside area being too small on their pipes
  4. i sure am but i think the t5s and stock carbs are holding it back. I have another set of hjr dune ported juggs i might drag port those since their already on 65mm now.
  5. Got my juggs back from sleep first look.. NICE very clean port job after install I had high hopes not gonna lie and they delivered in every way. Easy to tune powerband comes in nice and strong and revs all the way out. Wouldn't hesitate to send him another set. And for those who care I had him do a dune port for t5s geard toward high rpm riding I'm at sea level my jetting ended up at 360main 1.5 turns out plugs look perfect t5s pipes stock carbs uni foam filters 4mm long rod vf3s. Thanks for the help SLEEP06.. Also if anyone is wanting to buy the pod lights from eBay cree 6led pod lights think they about 20$ shipped they are amazing when compared to stock lights easy to mount with very minor mods. I ended up grinding down the stock mount about 1/2 to make the holes line up after that it was a direct fit even used the stock bolt to secure it.

    Cases

    Looking for a matching set of cases have checked egay. But they all are junk or much too expensive for me. Anyone have a set for decent price.

  9. Not a question but a caution to noobs on here. My bike started running super rough after the reinstall of my redline promod tranny. gradually getting worse over the last few months wouldnt start without the choke and wouldnt rev out in the higher rpms only firing on 1 cylinder every now and then so i finally got the time to start checking on things checked the usual suspects new plugs ohm the wires made sure i had spark cleaned both carbs making sure slide was in correctly as well as float level was set. anyway got fed up and started pulling pipes off the motor getting ready to pull it out. when i read an old post about pickup gap. quick trip to H.freight 5 bucks later out with a guage set... My gap was .028 when .015 to .020 is normal how my bike even ran i have no clue but after 1 full turn of each screw holding the pickup on i place the .017 guage in between the coil and tightened the 2 bolts back up crossed my fingers and kicked it over crunk idled and even smoke from both pipes. So for any other noobs out there dont overlook the small stuff like i did.

  11. Have about the same build just with 4mm crank and pc pipes. Haven't tried +5 may. I'll give it a shot.
  12. text 8504815026 for pics cant get them to load they are procircuit pipes with the 304 silencers good shape no holes. worked great on my 4mil just looking for something more for topend. cpi t6 shearer rdz whatever. swap sell trade +cash
  13. Selling my old setup for some pipes more suited for top end performance.
