  2. never said I'm not owning my failed build simply saying what happened. And I totally agree he is a stand up guy which is why he got my juggs to start with.
  3. I'll try and get em up after work I will say there is a huge difference in the port job
  4. Yes she shop had great reviews but they pretty much suck when I comes to a banshee. And the only reason I sent my motor to another builder was I didn't think Dennis would go off my word that the juggs we're crap. And yes he did send me another set of juggs which is a great thing to do but it shouldn't have happened to begin with
  5. This is not a flame story just my experience with this company good or bad. First off i wanted a little extra power for the shee so i wanted to port my juggs while the bottom end was apart. After doing a little research and a few phone calls i landed with DENNIS at flowtek racing,, Nice guy very compliant with my needs and budget. I send the cylinders off and we get the details out of the way weight.type of riding. tire size. gears ect ect. he tells me it will be a week or so befor they are finished which was fine. I get the cylinders back and i dont give them a second look just put them up till the bottom is all closed up. ounce that was done i bolt them on and send the bike to a local shop for the rest of the build and to be tuned. Here is where it gets interesting. Firstly the guy at the shop tells me he cant get it running because (after a month i might add) they dont have a wire from the cdi hooked up. ounce that problem is solved they get it to fire but its not running right they tell me and its LEAKING WATER . They tell me they will try and fix the leak and start again 2 more weeks go by and still nothing so i go and pickup the shee from them after a 300+$ bill. Get it to my buddies garage and inspect the issure we drain the engine and pull the head pistons look just how they did when i ordered so we go deeper and pull the jugg. And my head explodes my brand new 4mm crank looks like a roach leg bent to hell. We find water in the right exhaust pipe so i send the head to noss machine for inspection? nop wasnt the head now we check the cylinder? while porting the water jacket was hit and the cylinder leaks water on top the piston and we all know WATER DOESNT COMPRESS. So i send the juggs off to a reputable builder (sponsor) and he tells me the low down that im screwed basically and he could fix them but wouldnt guarantee them due to him having to use poxy. So i send him the entire engine for him to rebuild everything new 1400$ later minus shipping i have a ported 4mm. Now i call flowtek and explain the situation he tells me that its not possible and it wasnt him i explain that noone elese has touched the cylinders but him. he holds to his story wasnt him. I tell him what my other builder told me that the port job was a fail to begin with and timing where wrong from the get go. Flotek racing tells me that he will send me another set of juggs along with fixing my other juggs for free that was the best he could do to offset my cost of rebuilding my entire engine. Saying that i could sell the other juggs on ebay for a few hundred bucks.............. I have emails as well as pics of everything i will not say the other builder unless he chimes in himself but he was a great help to me.
  6. THERS UR PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!! After closer inspection and a little work i found the problem to be the right silencers packing material had come loose (some how) and clogged up the center piece of the silencer. She revs just fine now equal smoke from both sides.THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP GUYS esp.t.carbine never would have caught that overspray on the flywheel tabs
  7. the nubs wer within spec at 0.018 but i did notice that the nub had overspray from painting the cases after sanding those i checked and they where still good fingers crossed gonna try it again
  8. swapped the reeds no go gonna check these nubs on flywheel next
  9. Yes yes and yes gonna swap reeds n the morning
  10. sorry guys ive been at it all day and i forget all the crap ive tried i also swapped carbs on the other side and the problem stays on the right cylinder as well as swapped coils problem stays on the right.
  11. carbs are synced using my eagle eyes lol and idle adjustments are the same on both but it wont idle correctly due to the right cylinder not firing right i almost think its not getting fuel i have also checked for spark and i get a blue arc out of both plugs
  12. ok what i have 4mm dune ported banshee stock cages with carbon fiber reeds 34mm pj carbs on 2nd clip from top stock pj needle 42 pilot 145 main. noss machine cool head domes cut for extra stroke 22cc pump gas domes. pro circuit platinum exhaust all seals and gaskets are new. Now for the problem it starts first kick but the right cylinder just isnt right lot less smoke coming from the right side (sitting on bike). What i have tried and checked took carbs off cleaned and made sure jets are cleaned and float is set correct...turned air screw all the way out/in with no change...checked and swapped the ignition coil...check the stator 18.6... check the leads going to the ignition coils 176.2... checked the yellow and green cords coming from the stator think its the primary side .6 took the silencers off both sides to make sure didnt have a clog the right side still wont open up. checked compression on both cylinders the left 135 the right 128 to 130. ok guys thats what i got any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  13. Just got the motor rebuilt looking to upgrade few parts water pump and a arms +2 looked at albas on eBay for 290$ shipped so plz no outrageous prices
  14. Have PayPal ready last thing needed for build
  15. not sure if the elevation is the issue cant get him on the line now but i think im going to stick with everyone elese and go with the 35s ill just have to jett it smaller i guess. plus always can go cub and wont need to rebuy carbs for it going to check with ryder25 and see if he still has the pwks forsale thanks guys
  16. its not a cub just ported stock juggs. I wish it was
  17. thats exactly what ive seen 35s seem to be the standard for a ported 4mil I do know of a guy running drilled out stockers but screw that
  18. Builder said twin 35pwks was too much carb for a ported +4 so I'm going with his suggestions. Was running 2into 1 setup but blew it and went +4
