Wow some good advice check compression .But just for the record i have 2001 motor for sale and there is no way in hell i would let any body start pulling the clutch cover off .The truth you are buying a used TWO STROKE motor for cheap so you better have some cash to rebuild it and remember the key word USED motor you get what you pay for

I used duplicolor spray on bedliner in the rattle can .They have held up in the past but it does chip on the edge a little after a while it will get a shiny look to it (hard to explain) .But for the price and i used two cans i think it is a great way to bring back crappy plastic .And of course you need to rough up the plastic so the coating has something to adhere to and clean the plastic good afterwards i use rubbing alcohol . I have never done anything other than race cut plastic front and rear so i dont know how it will hold up to plastic with fenders

Take a deep breath it is all good it is just a bunch of new and some used parts in the trunk for the car.

I used spray on you can buy in can or buy the gallon and i have bought a gallon and sprayed it on other stuff .Just use good ventilation fumes will get you high.

Amen brother should have bought my cpis from cascade but was trying to save a buck.Cascade buys them raw pressure checks the cpis and fixes the leaks and send them out for chroming .

I feel your pain i bought a set of large bore in frames from local yamaha dealer that had a very small ding looked past that issue only to find out they had a few small pin hole leaks in the welds wich cause oil to leak everwhere .The chrome was bad not mention the draw marks from the forming of the metal .For the money you have to spend you should get a little better quality

CPI makes garbage across the board .Would ask for your money back

Just found this add funny .110 hp no lock out clutch christ i burn up clutches like nothing on my bike . Fullbore makes a cool blue plastic that has a little sparkle in the plastic would look good with your frame

Here is what it looks like together .Not going to use on my bike just thought i would clean it up and sell it .

So i had this old ugly blue plastic layin around that needed some serious help.Out comes the jigsaw and then i put them in the blast cabinet and then some truck bed coating and a few vinyl stickers i had made up.I stacked four stickers on top of each other and coated over them just wanted to try something different .

I have never had a problem with noise at sand lake .I have run cpis toomeys fmf but i have seen all the tools that like to rev there bike up in the parking lot and speed in and out of it .This is where you will get pulled over and ticketed so slow down and stay off the throttle .

I dont think that will be a problem with the level of horsepower you are talking about you will spin the piss out of some 12 paddles .I run 12 paddles on my 460 with six over swing arm works good for me. I run 10 paddle on my wifes 450 with 4 over swing arm .And both these bikes are not making near the horsepower you are putting out . What kinda vw do you own

So here is my two cents .I would run a set of extreme super/ultra lights less rotating mass and for that level of horsepower i would go with at least a 12 paddle setup if not more .If it were me before i made the hefty investment in a set that might not work i would beg borrow steal a friends set of paddles and try them out before you buy .hope that helps and if all else fail you could call smi in oregon city and ask them
