WHOOOT WHOOOT got her all put back together. with new airbox and K&N airfilter and my new swinger bushings. which made my chain really tight even with the carrier all the way forward.?? maybe the chain is to short? anybody know how many links should be in it? any way heres the pics so far. dont mind the flat tires getting a new put on tom ^new custom grill ^ cleaned up rims with red hubs and black dust gaurd ^and a little of the blasty and the shee what you think?? not to bad for doing this for the first time and in less then 2 days started up 2nd kick with the choke on. i love it!!

Ok so my long search of finding a decent frame with clear vin is finaly over. now i can put my shee back together again. I paid 240 for the frame with bill of sale also came with brand new swing arm bushing kit and a K&N air filter with pro design adapter in a stock air box. il post some pics up of it when i get it all back together. last night i got the following done. Put motor on,front brakes,pegs,grab bar,rad,wiring harness,steering stem, and handle bars with the throttle clutch and etc. so now thats left is back brakes swinger a arms and plastics and pipes.lol i am hoping to get her back together and running by tonight. but the hard part i think will be to do my swinger old bushings. there pretty messed up. might have to use a air powered dremel. or something lol pics will be up later

im not to sure but my buddy had the same prob with his 89 yz80. ended up being to cold of plugs. just a suggestion though. good luck

i was thinking of going with the noss head. is there a way to find out what my elevation is? and should i go thru FAST or ebay ones?

yes sir yes i did lol. but im going to be running 93 octaine. i got a fly wheel puller and il have to find my elevation then. what head would be my best bet? Noss??

like i said im not trying to turn it into a dragger its still my trail bike but was just asking about it cuz my buddy got one and we r prob sooner or later going to race.lol i usualy ride in creeks gravel pits and sand hills and then some mud trails so its all kind of a mix. its hard to explain lol. but all depends upon my money flow on the amount of mods im getting. i do want vf3s and better filter etc. the more xpensive ones will be coing later

thats another mod im doing. i was thinking thru flowtek but is there someone that does awesome work on shees? i want the powerband to hit kinda hard in the lower part of the mid rpms. but im not sure how they do that.

i have the toomey t6s with a toomey filter(which is getting replaced with K&N) and i want 1/2" reed spacers and vf3s and adjst. timing to +4 then maybe a noss head. i think that should tear up some gravel pits and sand hills huh? lol but if anything its all in fun and im sure we will video tape it

yeah pretty much to see whose got the top end. he weighs more then me. i got 22" tires and am bumping up one more tooth. also hoping to get VF3s and noss head with 20 or 21 cc domes. and k&n filter. i heard a long rod kit would be awesome also?
