i was wondering this also.but... adjustable ride height sounds good to me! and you prob wont know the advantages til you ride on it. it may make a world of diff and yea i dont see why it would only be able to be used with the elka shock i'd think they the same damn size i have elka rear shock. what do these things go for!? price.

its simple to do. i've never done one before but i kno it cant be hard! prob just sleave it and weld it make it look good and make sure its strong and straight! i have 2 stock ones and im going to stretching one soon! but as far as fabbing up one shorter or longer if you can weld dec3ent or good it will be nothing.

so how long you think til your finished i've gotta see some pics of it finished! i bet it looks awesome tho. very different. even if you dont gain any power, for a ''street shee'', it is an awesome setup. i have never seen it before and i think it willl look awesome.! goood luck

i adjusted my clutch last week and now mine is makin a bad grinding noise. when i turn it over with the kickstart real slow you can hear like metal to metal noise maybe i have the clutch adjusted too tight or smtn its keeping me from riding tho and it sucks.

i was interested in that deal with the tires tho man.

I got some stock carbs. never heard anything from ya about them flat track tires. didnt know if you werent getting my pm's or what.

sounds like you put it back together correctly. NO... i dont think i did. idk what i did. i had to take it all bak down and fix the kickstart(had to load the spring) but now i slowely turned it over with the kickstart just to see if it was working. and it makes a terrible screetching noise when i turn it over slowely. i can feel it almost. have no idea what it is. i do think i put anything bak wrong wasnt much to mess up in there i didnt put any oil in it yet cause i didnt wanna have to drain it and get more so i just barely moved the kickstart with my hand to make sure it wasnt still making this noise(cause i thought it was smtn to do with the kickstarter)but it still is>>>. any ideas.....????

mine wasnt attached to the the pressure plate so it might be aftermarket. it was sitting behind it. and the springs were on each side of the clutch but it was making one side disengage first so i put them every other one. i think i got it right lol.

^^^^THATS important. i absolutely LOVE baja bikes. looks like you have done a good job but im sure there is more you could do. skid plates, maybe long travel rear dog bone(i think it'd help), maybe some hella lights if you gonna ride at night(plus they look awesome), im not sure never done it sorry cant help. but baja is the shit man. thats what kind of riding i wanna do. love it prob gonna wanna nice comfy seat lol. some fasst handlebars would be nice, guess im just thinkin about comfort but it would be important on long ride.

if you like front fenders cut them and leave the side like paddleboy did i like this look and doesnt look as naked as cut all the way. way cleaner than stock imo

traded a can am for it. had to have a banshee couldnt resist. i think it was ok trade tho. got tired of mud ridin. wanted smtn clean and fast.

HOW YOU TELL IF ITS STOCK?

OK.. why would there be 2 diff kind of springs in there? looks like 3 heavy duty springs and 3 regulars its causing one side of the clutch to disengage before the other side? wtf! ?

hillarious. where ya been man. thanks! so when you pull lockout device off and adjust it it doesnt effect the adjustment? since there arent any springs holding it back? just adjust it without springs and go with it?
