  1. see thanks for that. my chrome is in good shape theyre are some lil bumps on the side facing motor but they could be polished and look brand new. what would they sell for cause i'd love to have some cpi's. how much re tuning would i have to do?not trying to jack your thread either man sorry i just need to know this stuff so does everyone else that dont know.
  2. damn thanks for making this thread so i didnt have to AGAIN! hopefully it wil go a ways. but yal think fmfs are bad wtf yal think about having some paul turner MIDS on a cub. the guy who built my motor had pt mids on it when i bought it. its a 421 cub! talk about holding it back! i'd kill for some cpi's seriously if you want some diff pipes trade me! someone please school me on this. like the diff rpms you get outta wat pipes and all. i can def tell these pipes are holding my bike back alot. but i have been told cpi's or shearers are the best for cheaters!

  5. my man hillarious always helpin somebody in need lol. na i have took it off and put on about 4 times,im pretty sure i didnt drop anything, it was pretty easy once i figured out how to do it. i re adjusted it the other day took like 30 mins but wat gets me is how it just all of a sudden starts doing this when i was pretty sure i put everything back together right...? i think its shop time. this sucks!!! :: :shoothead:

  8. Hey man i have a 1400 watt boss amp. worked good last time i checked. them audiobauhn's need some amperage they're not weak speakers at all. let me know. i still need some damn plastics pm me man. i might just buy the fronts from ya.

  10. thanks alot man. i took the cover back off and just checked it out and i turned it over slow and it was coming from the front bottom just about exactly where the crank is. but i guess ill put her in the shop so it'll be fixed right and i aint gotta worry about goin in there after smtn i dont know what it is ya know. but thanks for the help man. it almost sounded like the piston rings were just too big for the cylinders or somehting idk but ill let ya know if i need some help thanks man.

  13. hey man have you found anything new out on this? like what kinda spring setup would work best for..._______whatever kinda riding you do. i have a lockout clutch on my bike and i've got 3 lil springs and 3 big springs and im not to sure about it being that way just wondering the right way to do it! thanks.
  14. ever since i adjusted my clutch like 3 weeks ago, i havent been able to figure out what this noise is. i thought it was the clutch being too tight or smtn, but im pretty sure its not. i took the cover back off and turned the clutch basket or just turned the motor over slowely and it just made this bad ass screetching noise. like metal to metal. its so bad you can feel it wen you barely turn it over. im pretty sure the noise is coming from the front bottom of the motor(which is right where the crank is :sad: . but i've never had to rebuild a shee before so im not that formiliar with the bottom end on them. it wasnt doin this before i adjusted the clutch. what could this noise be? how do i check for what it is? do i have to tear it down and get into bottom end? what could have caused this noise? cause i didnt see where i did anything major. its just a 'dry screetching' noise from front not positive on top or bottom.pretty sure closer to bottom. but it has a full tank of gas in it and its just sittin there is killing me. if yal could give me some pointers or smtn it would be great. or if yal have had this happen. id really rather work on it myself. 2 strokes are pretty simple but like i said i've never been in the bottom end of a banshee. but thanks for any help im readdy to ride. ps. it sounds pretty damn serious. to be honest with yal.
