A&S does GREAT work, cant fault the guy on that.
his turn around time and cust. service over the phone sucks ass. only cuz he wont pick up the phone. but if yur lucky enough to get him on the phone he will spend all day with you on the phone and go into detail too.
I really cant blame the guy for not answering his phone cuz prolly 75% of the time its stupid ass ??'s and people trying to pick his brain and get FREE info from him. thats how he makes his $$$. cant fault the guy for that either.
hell, Fro here (grovesmotorsports.com) gets over 150-200(not exagerating) calls a day from stupid fucks with stupid ?'s. he answers them ALL, wich I think is dumb but he does it anyway. then people call and wonder why there shit isnt done or orderd. I dont think alot of people understand the bench time it really does take to do a top notch job. wether its porting or just a basic tune up.
Not to mention the dumb fucks that actually come in and want to "chat" with the man like he has spare time.
Christ, I had to make a topic to find out what a lockup and override was and Fro is only 100 feet from me. I know he knows like its 2+2 math, but he's busy with people from ding to dawn.
maybe one day unicef will get into the motorsports business and all this will be free of charge.
