Hey Thanks....the map on the side shows the advance "degrees" and on the chart it looks like they all start out at about 17 or 18 and then go up from there.....that dont seem right?

Does anybody know how much the timing is advanced on each of the curves on the dyna fs ignition?

Hey I just pulled my cylinders to send to Kevin at Herr juggs racing..Dune/Hillshoot port...I burned a hole in one of my pistons and when I pulled the cylinder there was a little bit of metal particles around where the cylinder slid in..It doesnt look like any got down in my crank but is there any right way to get all the paticles out or just carefully wipre them out?

I would love to fix it myself..I'm not really sure my they burned up...I added a dyna fs ignition, v force 3's, coolhead with 20cc domes running 93 octane gas ,upped my front sprocket from 13 to 15 and CPI pipes inframes...the plugs show preignition and this is the first time riding it since all of the mods..if I fix it myself I want to find out why it did it so it dont happen again...and no I dont belive that if you dont know how to work on it you should not own it.......do you know how to work on EVERYTHING you own? I can work on it to a certain point but getting into the major engine work I am not so confident, espically when I dont know the real reason why it happened.

Hey I went riding yesterday and burned up my pistons does anybody know of a place that can repair my bike and does really good porting in the St. Louis, MO. area? Already email Jeff at Fast toys and will drive it to him if I have to. Does anybody have any Idea on the cost for a top end rebuild and a play/dune port and a crank weld? Also if I get the play/dune port is my stock clutch going to be OK? Thanks Tony

Hey guys I have taken my cool head off 3 times and it still has a few drips of antifreeze each time in different spots...2nd time I did pinch a o ring...I replaced it for a 3d time....I ordered a new set of o rings, rescraped the cylinder surface made sure the o rings were in place and added the rtv to the threads went for a ride and I still see a drip or two....Have No Idea? Any Input would be great. Tony

I scraped everything off and sanded....but it looks like its leaking in beween the 2 cool head sections...The main oring that ran around the first section I ran my finger over it and it looked like it was in place?

Hi Just installed my coolhead yesterday and went for a short ride and noticed a few drips of antifreeze coming from in between the 2 sections of the coolhead in the front where the exhaust comes in...Am I going to have to take it all off or will the coolhad and orings seat themself"since it's new"....All o my o rings looked like they were in place and torqued it down 1/2 turns at a time 1 to 10 sequence....Any help would be great. Tony

I bought the removal kit from Jeff at Fastoys and Jeff is a great guy to deal with. My question is exactly where to drill and tap for the idle screw... the directions say to file the angled threaded part flat but then I thought it said to not drill at that spot...maybe I read it wrong..but if anybody could tell me exactly where to drill...SOME CLOSE UP pics would be great.. In my manuel it shows how to remove TORS so I am assuming that those are the steps I need to take but the dam drilling and taping part is what I am worried about doing..so any help would be great. Anybody wants to send me pics to my email just shoot me a PM. Thanks Tony

I just changed my jetting to 310 after installing a Noss Cool head with 20cc domes and my question is the 310 jetting going to be OK with my Cpi pipes I just purchased? MY elevation is about 500 to 600 ft. also have a K&N, v force 3's dnya ignition on curve 3. Thanks Tony

I seen a set of CPI pipes where the main pipes and silencers are chrome and the pipes connecting the two looks like it is powder coated black...Did they make them like that? I prefer the all chrome but was just asking if that was right. Tony

I currently running a 13t front and a 41t rear was wanting to run a 15 or 16 front and a 40 rear will I have a problem with that hitting anything and also will I have to get a new chain or will the one I got work? Thanks Tony

I currently hav FMF Gnarly pipes on my banshee not sure how good they are? Was thinking of getting some new pipes that will help me with more power and mid to top end. Dont have many other mods just V force 3's, K&N, and a dyna ignition. I do some trails and wide open riding. Any input would be great. Thanks Tony

It has 4 programmable timing curves have not even really rode it yet since intalling it and the place that I bought it said you can mount the switch on the handelbars but the switch cord is only about 7 inches long...So how do you get it to the handelbars?

I'm currently looking to get a Noss Cool head.....My bike only has the following mods..FMF pipes, V Force 3'S, Dyna Fs Ignition, and K&N filter so would you guys get a cool head first or bigger carbs? Also what is the biggest carbs I can go without changing all my intake and boots sizes? I just want to get the right mods in the right order and it looks like this is the place to find that out. Just did a search and my elevation is 541 feet and my bore size is stock. Just went to look at the Fast cool head on the FARMANDSANDTOYS website and how do you add product to a cart to buy? Thanks Tony
