if i had money burning a hole in my pocket id ship u my engine. or atleast my trans. i did eveything to my bike....... besides the cut trans. it sucks to have gotten this far and achieved this much progress on my high hp bike to still not be done. im not discouraged though, i will get it done. just as soon as i can afford it lol.

havent backed a plug yet...... i havent had enough time to open it up plus im almost out of 110. and the cover yes, ive backed the cover out 3 times since ive been home(pretty much every time since the dune trip ive taken it out) this bike refuses to shift unless im off the gas and rolling for a second. im pretty poor right now, i wanna come to the September trip but idk if ill have the funds

took me awhile to get my bike back together. i had a issue in the front left wheel. i replaced a few things aswell as bought a set of lonestar yfz450 spindles shafts. stuff seems to be alright now. took the bike out for a ride to make sure im still having the shift issue and like magic my lexan cover back off coating me in oil. no biggy, i bought a few screws and loctite them sobs, seems to be working so far. while i was under the lexan i took the lockup off and replaced the springs with 6 hd's. unfortunately nothing changed. looks like im left with no choice. i need trans modifications.

Hey aussie. I pmed u with info. U cant use the head u bought!!! If u truely want a cheetah and not a cheetah cub u cant use the banshee head. U will need a cheetah head, a huge difference. Pm me back i can coach u threw ur build and give u a few other members names that will provide u with pages of details and what not

this is true, ive herd ppl saying the pc there home cabinets for watever reason. as long as a static charge can be conducted the powder will stick. unlike paint powdercoat goes from solid to liquid to solid creating a shell around the part.

Dk how it holds up but mine have some epoxy and pc over it. More times than not epoxy is on the under side and out of view.

last i check rz350s were pretty rare. this might have something to do with it.

well thats the problem. i am disappointed. he did my cases and jugs. ive already talked to him about why i was not 100% satisfied. i didnt wanna give him a negative review and we spoke about it and he said do what you think is right. the price and turn around was great. but the ye ole saying goes for pc also. u get wat u pay for. i got my cases back and the look great. although i had to spend a few hours cleaning up over spray on all the sealing surfaces. and all my threads were clogged w/ black sand.... obviously not his fault but still. after i got that taken care of, i took my bike out to silver lake. rode it one day brought it home washed it off and i started getting pissed off when the sand on my cases wouldnt come off. o wait thats not sand, its bare aluminum. obviously some sand found its way to the top of the cases and the vibes turn the sand into a banshee frequency sand blaster. it not going to kill me or the bike. it just pisses me off. next time there apart ill have it re coated but for now it will remain partially sand blasted. im not trying to step on anyone toes here and i certainly dont have any hard feelings. anyone else have something similar happen to them? is it the pc or the pc'er?

just looking to see who else has had powder coating done by them. what did u guys think of them? how did ur part(s) turn out? did the hold up to your style of riding? ill elaborate a little more later why im asking but im trying to see what the general consensus is.

anyone have any experience with this site? ive seen it before but never really care to ask about them till now. id like to know how well the servo pv system works. just seems cool and alot more efficient than the trinity system. idk discuss

heres a photo of the carrier. the carries was od 2.84. measure on ur bike to see if it lines up. (btw the measurements start at 1in. for accuracy.) in my opinion id use the yfz rear caliper, grab the brake stay, get a yfz diamter-banshee hub rotor the ducati sounds interesting... are those opposing piston brakes? o yeah i think it was a older 00-01 yfz

hum i think i understand what your asking. i have a yfz caliper and ect sitting on a shelf, i also have a lonestar swinger. i should be able to help. i think the first part u need to address is the disc. are u trying to run a banshee disc? or yfz? if u want a banshee disc you will almost deff need a different brake stay. if u want to use a yfz sized rotor (that will need to be custom to fit on banshee hub) you might be able to use this http://www.ebay.com/itm/YAMAHA-YFZ-450-REAR-BRAKE-STAY-06-/251114732125?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a779aba5d&vxp=mtr and just need to shim it out. theres a link in my sign on how i converted my rear. check it out youll get an idea on how to do it even though u wanna use yfz parts. i herd someone say a yfz front caliper will work on the banshee brake stay. maybe something else to consider.

i know that the banshee rear and yfz rear are very different. also this disc size is different. i used a custom rotor and a 250r caliper w/ 250r hanger. u might need to have a custom rotor and or a brake stay(depending if oem will work).
