  6. Solid machine man. Welcome to the wonderful addicting world of Banshees!
  7. PM Sent Do you know if the calipers will fit the 87-89 style spindles?
  8. Nice looking buck Tony. Congratulations man. Boy that looks luck some rough terrain where you hunt there. That was probably a good time getting him outta there.
  9. Well I just installed some +2+1 Lonestar J-Arms on my 87 Build. I was checking out the brake situation and was wondering if I can still run the stock brake lines? I mocked everything up and it does not look like it is going to be a problem. I still have decent slack at full turn both ways. It looks at if the 87-89 brake lines are harder to find due to the different calipers, and I would rather not spend the $75 bucks if I didn't need to. I can always have a pair custom made, but if it is not going to hurt running the stockers I am just going to do that. If anyone has ever run this setup and has come input please let me know. Thanks
  10. Those are some sweet bow kills there fellas! I agree that rifle hunting does not hold a candle to bow hunting. Anybody can go out and blow one away with a rifle, but to hunt hard to get one in bow range, there is nothing better. I actually just came in the door from hunting this afternoon. Four fuzz heads, but no bucks. I have been pretty lucky with getting 4 bucks in the last 6 years. (At least that isn't bad in PA when you don't own 500 acres. haha) I am to the point where I pretty much have given up rifle hunting due to not having a decent spot that 500 other people don't know about. Here are some pics of my two decent bow bucks from the last couple years.
  11. PM sent on the Paul Turners!
  12. PM Sent. I seem to be having trouble with my messenger. If I do not reply to any PM's please email me at: [email protected] Thanks
  13. Well I just sold my YFZ450 to fund my 87 Banshee and 69 Chevrolet Nova SS projects. I am in the market for some upgrades for my Shee. I am looking for a good set of pipes. I have a nice set of DG's that will be going on it if I can't find a good deal on another set. I would like a set with no dents and a nice finish. Paul Turners, Pro Circuits, or FMF's. I am also looking for a nice set of aftermarket front shocks. I am more than likely going to buy new, but I figured I would see if anyone had anything. I need an adapter plate and filter to run the stock airbox. Nice set of V-Force 3 reeds ready to bolt on and go. And also a set of wheels and tires. Again I will more than likely go new, but I need something pretty tough for trail riding. As always I am looking for a pretty decent deal on the stuff. If anyone has anything please message me through here or email me at [email protected] Thanks
  14. TTT....Anyone??
  15. I think I have decided to go with Works Steelers as long as I don't find a nice set of used Elka's or Axis in the meantime. Now do you guys think I should spend the extra buck and get rezi'z??
  16. Well I just recently got some Lonestar +2+1 j arms for my 87 rebuild. I am in the market for aftermarket shocks and I am contemplating a few options. I would really not like to spend anymore than $500 on a set. I do mostly trail riding, with some hill climbing, and strippings riding. Do you guys think that Elka Stage 1's would be good for what I do. I see that you can get a set of Works Steelers with resi's for like $550. Would that be a large upgrade? Or should I just save an extra $150 and go with the low end Works shocks? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks
