Well was hoping when I started it up, it just blew out the back.

Project 123456789lol Well Dan and I put together I think something nice to ride the trails. I started off putting in a K&N filter, boyenson Dual stage carbon fiber reeds, Boost Bottle , tors removel, rejected, trail port (A&S), compete rebuild (rebuilt stock crank trued & welded, seals, gaskets, bearing top and bottom, top end kit .30 over, rear bearings, painted pipes silver fmf fatty's, milled head 60 something) A&S. Got done doing one heat cycle. Took like six times to start it at first. One problem is when its at Idle when you push the throttle it makes a little click and stalls. :ermm: any suggestions will be taken off course. Sounded pretty bad ass. Oh the only thing that was disturbing is I looked to the exaust ports and looked at the pistons without the pipes on it. I saw F@cking a little bit of sand inside on the pistons. I wiped of mostly off, do I have anything to worry about? Any ways I will keep you guys posted and will get video this weekend at bull gap or gladwin. This thing should be a pretty good trail rider. And Thanks to A&S Good job so far besides not putting in my idle screws

I'm wanting to get rid of my boost bottle and put the cross over. Anyone got one or want to trade for a white brothers boost bottle?

Just got my motor back from them yesterday. They do bad ass work. Haven't riden mine yet but will this week. My buddy had his done by them and the thing screems. Dan Hull is the owner, don't know if they have a web site. He is extremely hard to get ahold of after he's got your motor. Busy Busy little shop. There out of Mason Mi. Every single person I've every talked to has had nothing but great things to say about Dan's work.

So Dan Calls me up yesterday a couple of hours before I pick up my motor and tells me that my clutch is bad. Told him to replace it. He put fibers from a yfz 1000 and barnet plates. You guys heard of this before?

I figured it did. Just got it back from the builder from doing a complete rebuild, clutch, and port. Told him to do the tors. He did and forgot the do the idle screws. Now he's gone for two weeks. I guess the tors stay on for now.

I was told by a&s racing to use 5w30 mobile 1 syntectic. Said that it keeps it cooler and is easyier on the fibers. I'm going to try it see how it goes since they just put a new clutch in for me.

Just picked up my engine yesterday from a&s and Dan did my tors elimenator. After putting my engine in and getting to the carbs out there wasn't an idle kit put on it. Did Dan forget or does it not need it?

Been there since the beginning of April. Yes he is hard to get ahold of extremely. But with a little motivation from me he got it done. :biggrin:

I'm off to go to A&S Racing to get my motor. Level 4 port job, rebuilt bottom end, top end .30 over, sinked carbs rejeted, and new racing clutch. She's going to rip whoo hooo. Dam it's going to be a boring rided from detroit area to lansing area. Wish me luck leave in about two hours.
