Ok Here is some Pics And here is what was in it. Its apears to be rubber of some kind, and was hanging out. This is where the trans fluid was coming out.

Couldn't tell you. It looks like a perfect circle and mybee parts of casting. When I was riding my a pop sound and started losing tranny oil doesn't come back until it poped again.

Its somewhere around where the two red marks are.

Ok this isn't mine but I'll explain. To the left Of the white thingy with the three screws there is a thing hanging down looks kind of like a bullet. On the side of it there is a perfect hole, I don't think there is any kind of threads on it.

I'm going to post it up tomorrow when I get it.

Took my bike up north for a ride this weekend and was riding for about 3 hours and heard a pop. Didn't think it was the motor back firing, and it ended up that it wasn't. When we got back to fill up I noticed that I was leaking trans fluid by my shifter. Now Keep in mind the motor has all new seals and gaskets. Well after spraying the area down(in the vints between the stater and the shifter I noticed what seems to be a little hole and a piece of round rubber that seemed to have gone in the whole hanging out of it. So that seems to be were its comming from, not the shifter at all. Its to the left of the stifter behind the strater cover where the vents are. Im put will be appreciated. Well it was a bad ass ride though.

Oh and going to riding up in Traverse City area this weekend if anyone is interested.

Well Dan got back into town and helped me finish tuning my ride. I guess I had it pretty close. Just did a little sinking of the carbs and that was it. We took it for a little spin and the only thing that he suggested was to put a +2 rear sprocket on for the trail riding that I do. Other wise she runs like a raped ape. Yesterday I was at a local shop here in metro detroit goofing around with it after work. I was in a full suit.lol Had a few guys checking it out. Couple never road a banshee before and thought it was sweet. Four Strokers. So when I was taking it for a spin I poped a second gear wheelie right in front of them with my suit on.lol They didn't know what to think, I don't think they even thought I knew how to ride since I stoped into the shop with my suit on. They were all like thats something you don't don't see everyday. One dude was like thats the coolest thing that I ever seen on a quad. Wish that was on Youtube with my gray pin striped suite pulling a wheelie.lolololol GREAT JOB DAN

Well good luck. What school are you hoping to get into state or lake supiour? I'm from Traverse city, basicly the same stumping grounds. Have you ridin the Grand travese loop? Want to go ride it sometime soon but not sure how it is.

Your probley right, only done 5 heat cycles now and road it about two miles. Just wierd that it went down when it was hot. Yup I held the throttle open both plugs out, and kicked it about 20 times. Your probley right again you know where more than this newb. I do want to get rollin though. Was supposed to ride this weekend at mio but I'm going to wait. I just hope that I get up to mio next weekend. Sorry to ask you guys so many questions but I don't want to mess anything up. I'm not rich so I can't do a rebuild everyyear. I appreciate all your guys help, and dajogejr you've been a good help.
