No i do not have a modded shift star.

I have a full 1-6 override that will jump out of gear when under a load. I changed the shift forks. And it still does it. It will shift fine if you are not putting a load on it. What could it be? it just started doing this. It looks fine. Nothing is broke or chipped. It is pissing me off bad!!!

The eccentric bolt was loose!!!

My bike will get hung 3rd or 4th gear if i leave hard. But if i take it easy off the line then it will shift fine.I have a full 6speed override. I can not figure what is doing it.The shift forks are fine. I don't have a modded shift star.What could be causing this. Sometimes it will get hung in 2nd or sometimes 3rd.Or it might do fine.It is not consistent.

Yea i will replace them also with the new pick-up coil.

The screws did not come out they just got lose. And i can see where the flywheel hit the pickup coil.

It looks like my pickup coil was lose and hit the flywheel.I guess i will get a new one and see.

The flywheel is fine.Could it be my CDI. It is a Stage3 AMR. I got it and a new RM stator about 2 years ago.

Every thing was running fine. Then it just lost it's power. I changed plugs. That didn't help. I check compression and i have 150psi in each cylinder.Carbs are clean. It cranks fine and revs good in neutral. But when in gear it has no power. It revs clean but it sounds like it is only turning half it's rpm's.

Yuo can run a 17 in the front but thats as big as you can go without cuttingIf you are still runing a stock motor then you need to stay with the 15 front and 40 in the rear.

I talking to three dealers yesterday and not a one of them could figure it out. I just ordered the 3.5 Kendra off ebay. So now i have a set of itp rims for the front that i don't need. And a set of razors front and back that i don't need. They have about 80% of the tread. I just put some American Racers 20x110x10 on the rear.

Go to HomeDepot and look in the section that has the lawnmower blades and filters. You will find gas line in 2' roll's that are a clear yellow color. It fit's perfect and looks good also.

I just got my HotRod 4mil long rod crank and and new carbs. I am pretty excited!!! I just got new PJ 34mm Carbs with Trinity Stage IV Billet Intake with new cable and Boost Bottle for $300.00. I'm having the cylinders bored to a 400cc and ported cases are being ported as well. It should be a nice change of power from all the other mods i have done. :cool:

Hey i just install a set of the cool heads with 20cc domes. So far i have been very pleased in the throttle responce and mid range power. My motor seems to be running alot cooler also. And the rear hose was no problem. If you use some petrolem jelly on the rubber orings they will stay in place while you install the head.
