Well, I rode a 06 Raptor 700, and was not at all impressed. Felt sluggish, and BIG. Then I rode a 08 YFZ........I bought the YFZ. It does feel short, I'll be getting a +2 stem, but it the power is incredible. And to be able to go from the Banshee and still feel like your on something with similar power and better handling is nice. YFZ will get my vote.

Just went and rode it, man that quad rips! Very different than the Shee. I have no room for it yet so he is keeping it at his house, which is 4 houses down from me..... But I will be making room caause I bought it. Loco.......pipe reccomendation???

I have seen leftover 08's from a dealership in Portland for $4999. BUT.....the ones I see are not the SE model. They are the blue or black ones. Ands thats less taxes, setup, all the dealership fee ya know.

Well I don't think I am going to get that 700.......I rode it today and I wasn't impressed. It's fast but not at all what I was expecting. I would have to get a programmer, exhaust, ect. to get it the way I would want it. So I'm just going to get a new front end...I think Fullflights with Elkas, theres a package deal on E gay........ get my carbs on and finish everything else I need to put on it, and call it good.

I will have a Shee regardless. Might just be the boy riding it. If I decide to go to the 4 poke, my son will be riding my Shee, and I'll part his.......

So I am thinking of parting, or selling my 2000 Shee. My settlement came through......and I think I am going to give my Shee to my son, sell or part the 2000 that he rides........and get a 4 poke. Yeah, I know......BUT, the type of riding I am doing now would be way more freindly for a 4 stroke...... I don't have too though, I could just go buy one, so convince me to why I should dune mine out, keep my sons, and get a 4 poke for trail riding....pokin around with the family. I am at the dunes a couple times a year, so thats kindof why I'm even thinking about it. I really don't need a duner, but it would be cool to let a buddy ride my 4 poke, and kill him with my Banshee....lol Just need hear some input what you guys would do......

I'm fortifying my house as we speak, meat. I agree with you......let em fall, and rebuild it better. I don't think we will see the end of the crash for at least another year......maybe longer. The real estate market has yet to hit bottom, close, but not yet. When the dollar dies, the stock market's next, then the real estate follows. It is a BAD situation, but what can we do??? If we get another stimulus check, ha! Most people are going to pay bills with it.......The last one, I bought a 47' LCD, next one.....I'll put away. Right now best thing we can do is keep working, investing what we can, ect. And just servive. I just got a big settlement......so I'll be good :biggrin:

Two that I think will ALWAYS be a good investment are medical stocks, and oil. If you can afford oil stock anyways. Geneally very high dollar oil is. Think of things that are always going to be around........people are always going to be getting sick, I own alot of Johnson & Johnson. Oil would be another, but they are like I said tipically expensive. My wife is a Daibetic on an insulin pump......which is made by Medtronic. Which is next on my to purchase list.
