porting is where the power is if you have the money. For a dune port look at around $300-400. I would also buy a timing plate and set it to +4. Maybe some 28-30mm carbs would also benifit you. Good luck with your build.

overall a good time though my shee would go into anything higher than 2nd gear half the time dragging and the four strokes were making me look like a dumbass lol. Nice meeting you guys....jd's, fountains, and lindseys 4mills were impressive to say the least, My ears are still bleading from lindseys LOUD ass shee......haha

well i was at the dunes on saturday doing some drag racing and one race my clutch would be fine. The next race it was really loose so i would have to adjust it by turning out the adjuster on the clutch lever, then the next race it would be WAYYYY to tight and i would have to screw the clutch lever adjuster back in. While just duning it was fine but when dragging it was screwed up. Any ideas what was going on? Maybe just getting hot as hell? Thanks

hey guys, looks like im going after all. I messed around alllllllllllll day and got a cdi from andrew. CDI did nothing but i have spark now and it doesnt cut out anymore so it looks like i will see you all tommarow. Im leaving with paddleboy around 10am. i used my cousins which is good and it does the same thing. Runs on the off position. Traced the wires and they all look good :ermm:

yeah but we have a trip to silver lake on saturday and no one local has a 95-96 cdi box so i was going to get a different one and cut off my connectors and put them on a different cdi box........would that work or will i fry somthing? thanks

yeah somthing is screwed up. The spark will go away then i will go back in the garage a hour later and kick it over and the spark will be back...........

i have some headlight wires crimped together...........that doesnt explain the non spark issue though........i appreciate the input!!

My cdi went out today and i was looking and found a cdi and harness off of a 2000 on ebay and was wondering if all the connections are the same except the cdi's? I dont want to buy it and have it not run the engine...........thanks
