I tore down a buddys quad and the left side piston one of the needles from the wristpin bearing was gone. Is it possiable for it to fall out with the engine together or is it most likely from the idiot that he bought it from when he re-ringed it last summer, maybe dropping the bearing on the ground or somthing?? I didnt think it was possiable for the needles to fall out as the wristpin holds the inside and the connection rod holds the outside........BTW the engine ran good, no noises just time for a re-build.

Well im gonna get some new plastics this winter and powdercoat my frame. I was thinking a really bright green frame, a-arms, and swinger. For the plastics i was going to go with all white front and rear and have the tank and radiator plastic sprayed really bright green to match the frame etc. Tell me what you think! Thanks

Hopefully my 10mill is done in time i will race ya! Still got to put on the +18 swinger and find a rear shock. It will look rough since i just got a roller and found a engine but she should be fast. No plastic and currently using a 2 gallon gas tank that is zip tied on so that should save on weight! Oh and still need someone to mount my 16 paddle b.s. tires and hook up my meth. injection system. The guy i got the engine from said it pulling 159hp with the meth. Injectors set at 1350 LBS but im not sure it will put out that much i was thinking 150. See you there :beer:

thought kawasaki uses a nikacil bore? I have a 02 kx125 and it isnt a steel sleeve its nikacil. Maybe they switched IDK

He never said it was a drag frame, he said you "could" build a drag framed 10 mill blah blah for that price. Maybe if you would have said it came with a engine people wouldnt be so hard on you about the price. I think its a fair price for everything.....you just need to list whats all included, people cant read your mind bro. All it said was lonestar rolling chassis and that you had a engine that needs some work, never did it say it was included....

I have a yamaha tri moto 125 for sale. It runs good and shifts good. All lights work, includes two sets of rear tires on rims that all hold air good. Front tire has seen better days but holds air. It would be perfect for ice fishing, hunting, or a pit trike. Or if you want to make it faster you CAN bolt on a yamaha MX, IT, or DT 175 top end on it and make it faster. It is the exact same engine as those but is a auto clutch. DG made a high comp. head for it, bassani made a pipe for it and boyseen makes reeds for it so there is some room to make it a littler pepper. Im asking $375 but will listen to offers. I know its not a banshee and some of you will give me a hard time but, i just got a mint 82' yamaha tri moto to use as a pitbike. I disconnected the oil pump and my question is....can i just block off the oil lines and be good or do i have to take the pump out and try to make a block off plate? I know alot of guys on blasters just pull the oil lines and put a screw or bolt in it so it doesnt suck air and they seem to do good........I was thinking about filling the holes with JB weld...thanks
