I can agree with the kid to an extent. I live out in the country and drive alot of county/dirt roads to get to riding spots and different areas, and it would piss me off to even see a cop out here rather less have one try to pull me over. I have turned down a MO before, a canadian MO that was going to cost me $10/piece to cash/deposit. From all the paypal horror stories ive seen on here it seems paypal does not ever pay out in the event of getting ripped off, this is in regards to sending money directly through paypal and not ebay.
