    Wow. Did u bleed the air off the top of the Head ? Re check impeller and gear. Maybe radiator is plugged? It sounds like a bad head gasket tho to be honest. Its a bad oring if it's a coolhead

    Check the choke tube between the carbs. Make sure you don't have the slides in the wrong carbs ( they be backwards if so)
