  7. ok got it out taped it out with small hammer :woot: for the help guys
  8. i tried screwing the plug iin and it screwed in but i cant seperate the plug and the cap its on there pretty good any ideas on how to pull it apart
  9. thats exactly what i needed to no / and i use yamalube 2r but it smells horrible im gonna switch to castor 927 but my gas is kinda old im gonna mix up a fresh batch and see how it runs thanks
  10. another question on one of my plug caps the top of the plug is stuck inside of it how can i get that little metal tip out of the plug cap

  12. How do u know when your plugs are fouled do your bike smoke alot more then normal what are the symptoms?

  15. um to me it sounds like your shift shaft seal needs to be changed im having this problem right now and u dont have to split cases to fix its pretty simple from wat i here from the guys on this site u drain the oil out take off stator cover and footpeg and tip the bike on the right side and use a drywall screw to pull the seal out once u got it out replace with the new one when replacing it use some sort of socket that fits over the shifter rod and thats the same size as seal and tap it in place hope that helps and your gonna need one of these kits http://67.199.65.66/cascade_innovations/ne...ore_dept_id=259 but i think there like 15 bucks on ebay

  19. figured out the rattle me being in a rush to ride i didnt put the left pipe on tight because i was cleaning them but the pipe was hitting the head and rattiling i fixed it and rode it with the timing at 0 but im gonna try +4 2morrow but at 0 it was a big difference it gets up :woot: i was missing out on the true power for 2 years now

  21. oh ok it doesnt sound like that but i put it at zero and i can still here it but i guess its nothing it may be something else rattiling but i no medal is slappin medal somewere i just have to find it but i have 280 mains in and 25 pilots for fmf pipes and no lid on airbox should i go up on the main and pilot for those mods do i have to rejet when i add timing
  22. ok i started the bike up today it sounded funny after going +4 it reved faster it was like really high idle so i lowered the idle then it sounded normal but when i reved it i noticed when it calms down to idle i hear a rattle coming from the topend not loud but i noticed is it detonating or is that a sound it gets when u advance the timing

  24. i was thinking about getting a rap 700 but i love my shee the power is crazy so im just gonna due up the shee instead of spending 8k on the raptor i see your tryin to get rid of your z and the 700 so i guess u like the fell of the banshee over the 4 stroke
