  1. i have a miller xlix and i love it. ive had the thing for 3 years now welding full time everyday, still works like new never had a problem . for those who dont know what it is, it was the lesser modle of the elite back then. im gunna buy a new lid soon enough and its gunna be the elite. even tho ive tried one and prefered my xlix over it. miller makes a great product and backs the warranty 100%. only thing borken on mine is my head strap clicker :beer:

  3. ok its probably a stupide question.. what's my front shock lenght on my banshee?? eye to eye only reason im askin this is because i might get shocks for my shee but its 5h away form me at the momment. anyone plz help me on this, and also whats the longest shock i can run with stock a-arms??

  5. if its bleu and white. fenders being blue ide say paint the frame IMO white and a-arms electric bleu. fenders being white, paint the frame electric bleu and a-arms black or frame black and a-arms electric bleu thats my opinion....its yur call
  6. like tittle sais tryin to sell my axle and buyer wants to know if it fits his warrior i have a 2000 banshee axle and hes got an 1987 warrior will axle interchange no problem ?????thanks
  7. im planing on getting a big bore 400 or 420 not sure yet, chekin out my options,and what i can use as a big bore with pro circuit pipes... ill probably end up getting a timing plate but for now and for what i payed for my timming key and reedspacers i cant go wrong..i think.... will a 4* key improve my bike in any way??
  8. using stock motor and the spacers will be used for to clear mikuni 34mm flat slides the timming key shearing off thing... is that a common thing to hapen with that mod ???
  9. ok soo i just picked up some tires , 1/4" reed spacers and 4* timming key for 40$ about 1h ago..... now do i need to change jetting with reed sapcers?? and with a 4* timming does it really make a noticable difference??? what octane will i need to use......im runniung supreme 91-94 octane gas right now. any info on this would great tx
  10. well i tend to agree with u guys on rebuilding a good bike, but i had a freend that passed away on cbr 1000 and since then im iffy on crotch rockets.......well im sure u guys are goin to be glad on hearing this... the my buddys freend that was goin sell me this bikes finally made up hes mind last night hes makin a winter project and rebuilding a bike.... kinda dessapoints me, but in the end its for the best........ ahh wel gess that means ill gor big bore on ym shee thanks for yur help and comment
  11. ya that looks pretty good but not really want i like best, i need wider bumper protect my front end. i also need enough place to grab and lift the front end of my shee to put it in tha back of my truck alone, without ramps..... just want to know how big they are ,becuase i dont want to big....yeah they are pricey but my dg bumper didnt last long, and i didnt pay much ........i was thinkin of a tag bumber but im worried it will digg in the grond from hard hit at the bottom of hills....anyways guys give me some more ideals. that's always good thing ...the more choices the better
  12. ya well im not sure about having a title, and if it dont, i dont really care. if i do make this beast ill have to find a roller and i have one in line. i just need to budget and plan ahead. the base line for this project is to climb hills lol... soo looks arent gunna be in the cards ....kinda like makin a rat rod ..haha im tryin to get stuff together but. as i can see parts for this engine are really hard to find ..... even more to find an engine, electrical, and everything else thats needed... from what i know the guy might have 2 of them a blown one and a wreked one...long story short. he both the blown one to rebuild hes wreked one, and it got but aside. hes married and has no time. its not a for sure project but a maybe. its good to know if its been done befor .....
  13. well i migth be able to get my hands on an rz 500 that got wreked in the 90's and it still runs. i can have everything for a donor...i want to know if its been done befor and how hard it would be....ive done simular projects with sleds and im also a welder and pretty mecanicly inclinded towards small engines. now what would be needed??? any info on this would be great feel free give me other ideals
  14. well i smashed my dg v lite bumper on the shee..., and now i want something different... i know how most of u guys feel about the iron cross lol and to be honest i dont like it either.. but i did find this to be kinda nice, but i have yet to see it on a shee or on any other quad.....soo as far as looks im not sure. soo if anyone can get me pics or info on this bumber it would be great.. thanks heres how this bumper looks by itself i want a pic of it on a quad http://www.blingstar.com/product.asp?jb_re...;dir=2&pg=1
  15. ya im lookin into a front end for my shee....but kinda hard were i live in canada. not many ppl do up shee's for kicks...its mostly just buy one and ride the piss out of it..but im tryin out my luck on shee's now and this is my second so far. seems to be cheaper them running my sno pro's
  16. ey savage 420 are those yfz arms???? i know the shocks are, but the a-arms dont look after market????. i took a look at one at the dealers today the top one matches but the bottom a arms are 1/2" off from the shee
  17. ya its on. wen i take it off, my shee idles better. found that out by mistake wen i switch my carbs and forgot to put it on.... but the tube isnt oem its just a piece 1/4" gas line tubing. could that be why???
  18. pretty sure there at 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 also forgot to say. it feels like my choke is stayed on. most of the time i dont even need to pull de choke to start it cold................

  20. hi. im new i on here. i think sometin is wrong with my shee....i seems to runs rich off the bottom end...top end is pretty dead on... i have pro curcuit pipes v-force 3 reeds twin k&n pod lifters now my carbs are basicly stock. stock pilote. stock needle middle cliped. and im running 240 mains at 50:1 ipone mix. it seem to bog out wen i punch it from idle or rolling start, but them pick's up like a bat out of hell. kinda like really big hit power band like a lil 85 dirtbike. now is there a way to get a leaner bottom end...make it more freendly in the trails....thanks
  21. 91+octane 50:1 ipone never had a problem
