clean up port .040 bore superstock forged pistons fmf reeds hemi head with 20cc domes (already was on the bike) new flywheel from shawn prodesign timing plate prodesign proflow intake with k&N painted my case covers new powdercoated swingarm new front rotors an pads new rear skid plate new aluminum grab bar new kenda klaws up front on itp's 20 6 10 new maxxis on douglas rims in rear 18 9 8 ebay axle carrier ebay axle toomey t5s propeg nerfs AND I FINALLY CUT MY FENDERS! some stuff is new some i already had an some was bought new...but it didnt cost me the expected 2000 to do everything i wanted so its all good...an this dam thing still rips

yea i was gonna sell it at one time but decided not to...so i tore it down an started on it...not everyhting is brand new ..some parts came from some people here an some came from ebay....took this pic yesterday but put a new set of kenda klaws on the front tonight

its dirty as hell ...but after a bath its gonna shine!!!!!

check to see that both keepers are in the sides of your carb....i had one fall out an lean the right cylinder out....blew up on me

i know they make billet water pump impellers but i coulda sworn i had seen a billet gear...big ride tomorrow an i broke the plastic gear tonight...jus figured i would get a billet one if i could...jus got my bike back together an got the bugs worked out an then i break this gear a day before this big ride ....and it my birthday...DAMMIT!!!!!! on another note...anybody got a spare plastic one laying around?

my shee outruns my buddies 04 KTM 520 ...not by much but i can beat him...i have nothin but a clean up port bored 40 over with 20cc domes an t5's? whas up with that? he races a b main on a KTM 450 hes a helluva rider

me an my buddy bought our pipes the same time..he bought fatties an i bought t5's...3 years later his pipes still look new an mine dont look anywhere as good as his does...BUT i hate the sound of fmf silencers..that being said theres NOTHIN that sounds like a toomey

if i were to change my exhaust from toomeyt5's to a moto-fast 2-1 exhaust what will i gain an what will i loose...im wanting to make this banshee a trail-track bike an want PLENTY of grunt down low...right now im running a 40 over bored motor with a hemi head with 20cc domes, stock reed cages with fmf petals, pro design timing plate set @ +4 degrees, with a pair of stock carbs with a pro design proflow intake with a big K&N with the airbox removed and looking to possibly go to a 2-1 carbs setup as well ...im thinking the 2-1 pipe will make more low end torque than the toomeys but im not sure so please give me some insight as to what im gonna be dealing with

for the money you cant beat vitos super stock pistons and the finish quality is unbeatable

SIT ON THE GAS TANK second gear at wide open throttle an launch it an see what happens...thats the onyl chance u got....if u leave in first your gonna get smoked...if u bog when u leave in second your gonna get smoked...kinda short shift to 3rd since 3rd is a good hard pulling gear but dont shift too early or you will drop out of your powerband

where i ride hillclimbing an trails are hand in hand...so i cant keep my front end down when climbin a hill as it is...so if i went with a shorter swinger it would get even worse...a longer arm an i get shitty handling...its a toss up

this video should tell all you need to know ..ill answer any questions anybody might have...looking to get 200 shipping included..the only thing these need is a cap for one of the carb bowls..its the cap that allows access to the main jet...wouldnt be hard to get ...These would have to be ran on a BIG MOTOR..dual 44mm Mikuni MIC's..throttle bracket on top so a single cable runs both carbs...awesome setup....THESE ARE LIKE BRAND NEW! check out this video to see the carbs

yea i found out they're off a snowmobile...they are dual 44's...anybody got somethin big enough to run them?....looks like they would run a small block chevy as big as they are.....the throttle that attaches the 2 carbs is trick..i i wish i could use them...these things are like BRAND NEW...but wtf am i gonna do with them lol

yea i was thinkin of tryin one on a 2-1 setup but i think just one would be way too big...i see some of you guys runnin 35mm's so im sure it will be too big..i think its a 44mm.
