what setting are you putting your inmpact gun/wrench at?

they make really big adjustable wrenches that would work well without damaging the nut...

i did my frame swingarm and a arms and it turned out reall well. i'm glad i did it!

just to confirm, the calipers are a direct swap to use w/ banshee discs. spindles, hubs? no mods are needed?

i just got a wiesco hot rods crank trued and welded form jeff at f.a.s.t. for 400.00 -great price and a good guy to deal with!

i just did my frame, swinarm, and a arms in duplicolor's bedliner in a spray can after using rust converter. it turned out great and is prob lots more durable than just paint.

how much u lookin to get for the frame?

when it comes to engines and parts for motors (other than carbs intakes and exhaust), i only trust buying new and jeff from fast is a great guy to do business with. suspension and everything else, i would buy used.

wallace, that is good advice, but i can get em at cost thru a dealership if i can get the right dimensions... so if anyone on here knows i'd really appreciate the info, thanks!

i am putting 28pwk keihns on my banshee and am wondering what size and dimension pod filters to use. i measured where the filter will attach to the carb and it comes out to 1 15/16" or 49mm. i called my dealership and they said all they shown were ones that attach to a diameter of 2". i don't want it to be too loose, i always thought that the rubber flange of the pod filter can stretch to 1/16" larger, but didnt want to get one that was 1/16" too big. what are you guys using for 28pwks? also what diameter (3" or 3.5") and length (4" or 5") are you guys using? thanks for any info you guys can give!

i understand that .100 (66.5mm) is the last bore that you can go out on stock banshee cylinders, but are there any concerns i should be aware of for going to that large of a bore such as overheating or a greater chance of piston seizing? the cylinders are ported and i would hate to waste the porting. i know that i can re-sleeve and re-port, but that costs almost as much as porting alone! thanks.
