  1. im thinking about buying a lockout clutch ,along with a clutch disengagement adjuster i just purchased today.i want to know does anyone have a picture of how it suppose to look when its installed ,so i can have picture in my head im thinking about doing the work myself and do i have to modified my clutch cover in any way or form.thanks,blue devil

  4. there is a special mod to clutch rod and ball so that they dont weld together does anyone know the name of it or how its done. thanks in advance
  5. i got three banshee all of them have rm stators,flywheels.hp cdi etc from them no problems at all.
  6. stage 2 jet kit say you should be at 280s with clip in 3 slot air screw out 1.5 turns if your are 3000ft below sea level
  7. what is your elevation? The air box removed you should have a stage 3 jet kit installed.That set up looks good so save yourself some money and leave it alone.Also will you be able to ride top end in the trails.
  8. i agree i had pods on my stockie and it ran like shit until i went back to the airbox but make sure you change the jetting

  10. i have one but i dont know what part on the case that i suppose to use to line it up with, i have the ricky stator and timing plate

  13. how do you count the turns correctly /like the screw lies flat right then you turn it out flat thats a half or in others words .5 turn it twice thats the 1.0 correct
  14. why do they tell u to turn the air screw out 1.5 or 2.0 and you must turn them evenly but my mechanic always have them uneven and he wont tell me
