  1. I would like to buy the intake from you do you have a paypal acount.
  2. I shut my bike down around 210 also and have not had any problems. I have also got up to 220 going slow a couple of times and just rode it a little faster and the temp dropped fast.
  3. I bought some Kenda dune trackers that have Kenda in bright yellow on the sidewall. Anybody have a trick to remove the nascar look? I hate the yellow lettering.
  4. Westley's Bleach White works awsome on white plastic it can be found at most autopart stores near tire dressings
  5. I went with Lonestars and like haveing all my Honda wheels bolting up to the Banshee. I found mine on Ebay for around $100 used.
  6. I ran the toomey hush kit 2.0 and I dont think it hurts power on a bolt on bike enough to worry about. But it does im sure, but it also makes the bike quieter and legal if you need a spark arrestor.
  7. You should ride it and if you can do it on a slight incline for a little resistance it would be better.
  8. Orange fullbores would look good too.
  9. Orange would be cool but the red springs on the shocks might not work with it.
  10. Not really sure didn't ask Cameron I got a set of t5's I talked about using in the build. The reason I said no more banshee is I should get to taking the rest of it apart. I like Toomey's and I want a all around bike so I think it should be fine. It looks like motor builder's bike would be similar in mods I will have about the same mods. vf3's reeds, t5 pipes, 4 mill stroker, porting etc. I will use my stock carbs for awhile.
  11. Called Cameron today and I am going to go with him. But I changed what I am going to do and go with a 4 mill couldnt hurt right? Thought about it right before I called if I do all this work I should just do it with a 4 mill crank. Now I just need that tax refund in the bank. Sold my T6's today too so no banshee for awhile. :ermm:
  12. I could not decide if I wanted a +2 or a +4 so I went with a +3 and like it but I don't do alot of jumping. I also don't have the motor work you do yet. The +3 works good with 8 paddles in the idiot holes for me.
  13. My buddy has a raptor 700 and it is bone stock and he can beat on modded raptors. Not all bikes and riders are the same only way to know is to line them up.
  14. Alot of the four stroke guys have been talking bad about LRD. Saw a 680 raptor built by them and it was fast for about 4 hrs then it sat next to the trailer.
  15. I will definately call Cameron.
  16. I will call around tomorrow thanks for the help I just want to get the best bang for the buck without being cheap. Cascade is pretty expensive isn't it.
  17. I want to have my stock crank welded and get porting done on my shee is Dave Moore the guy to take it to. Who has had work done by him?
  18. I would try a larger main jet first alot of people with your mods are in the 310-330 range. It is easy think you have the right jets but you should do a plug chop that is a good way to know.
  19. Lonestar makes Yamaha to Honda hubs but they cost some money $$$$$$. I have some on my Banshee just because all the other quads I have are Honda and I picked them up cheap on Evilbay. It wouldnt be worth the cost just so you could run one set of rims in my mind. But in my case I have alot of Honda wheels so I made the switch. :geek:
  20. That was easy, I also noticed that the wifes 450r doesnt have any gaurd . So they couldnt be that important. Thanks again.
  21. Thanks for the info.
  22. Yamaha calls them wheel rings. I think they dont need to be on my banshee for sand use. Do you have to do anything other than unbolt them and throw them to the trash? Or is there a seal on the back? I just want to get an idea of the trouble I want to get in.
  23. That sounds like a good idea i was going to put it on the right pod filter  I was just interested if someone had a good place to put one on the frame. Not alot of choices I guess
  24. I just got a works remote resevoir rear shock and was wondering where some of you mounted the resevoir?
