The shock in the picture is a stock shock. I have the same one on my bike right now

I think maybe you miss understood. The intake is a 2 into 1 trinity stage 4 set up. I do not have drag porting done to my knowledge. the guy who owned the bike before me mx raced or flat tracked it. It is set up witha -2 or -1 swinger and a wide front end, not a drag set up I dont think. I apprectiate the info. if money was not a factor, I would do a lot more to it while I have it ripped down. I just want it running so when the weather here in the midwest breaks I can go ride

If there is already a set of pistons on the bike cant I just get the same size? I would rather not get into any honing or boring if I do not have to. Is a .060 over kit the piston size or bore size?

I've got my top end apart and I have miced the cyclinders. They are in very good shape and are running true top to bottom. I miced them at 2.578 or 65.4812 mm. This is about .058315 over. Is that close enough to .060 over to get a .060 over rebuild kit. This is my first rebuild so I could use a little help. What kit is good? I am looking at the vito's super stock forged. is forged or cast better? There is some mild porting done, 2 into 1 exhaust and carb set up (trinity stage 4), that is all that I know is done. I ride mainly trails and friends tracks. Any help would be great.

It is a dynoport it has a tag on it. Do they make a silencer with a silent core and sparky? Web site?

I have the Trinity stage 4 on my bike right now. What are rev plates. I have my top end off right now and am thinking about doing some small upgrades. I think I have the stock cages, the reeds are blue where they fasten to the cage and that is all there is. What and where do the rev plates go. Sorry did not mean to get into my own post here. -
Thanks for the help guys.

I have a 2 into 1 dynaport on my bike right now with a very beat up silencer. There is no name on it so I am not sure if its dynaport or what. Is there a silencer that will work with the 2 into 1 that also has a silent core and spark arrester in it. I live in Wisconsin and there is a db restriction as well as a spark arrester restriction.

Its my first time ever doing it so I did not know about aircraft paint remover. Where do you get that at? How are you going about polishing your head?
-
Walnut? I guess I will need some clarification on that. I did not really mean polish to a shine just get the paint off like the first response said.

I have my top end off right now and am thinking about polishing the outside of my cyliders. Is sand blasting them ok or is there a better way?

No pictures but I just got back from a buddys house who has 40 acres of trails. It has rained here for almost two weeks straight! I spent 1 1/2 hours cleaning my bike before I put it up. It was so worth it, nothing like cornering at 40mph through the mud. I love that shit!

I just pulled the carb apart. It has a 195 main and a 58 pilot. Is this ok or not?
-
I just took it for a spin around the block a few times and pulled the plugs. They are a little bit tanish brown with some dark areas here and there. It does not really smoke at idle to bad but a little.
-
It runs good. The day after a ride it takes a while to get it started. The plugs get a little discolored but not to bad. It is hard to get it to sit and idle no matter what I do to it. I will take it apart this weekend and see what it has in it. Thanks for the help.

I bought this bike from a guy that knew nothing about it or any mods that were done to it. I am trying to figure out what has been done to it, but I have not done so with the current jetting, so I have no idea. i will try to find out. So are u guys saying going with a 38mm could damage my engine?

How much for the pipes? -
Sorry its a keihn 38mm pwk. The choke adjust is a pain believe it or not. It seems to be very touchy and it adjusts itself a little while riding from the vibration. It is just old and I would like to try something new. Any jetting ideas for it? I trail ride mainly. It has a dynaport 2 into 1 pipe, I am not sure of engine mods (prev. owner had no idea) but it has at least differnt domes because it is supposed to run on 110 fuel. I was told it will do 92 mph (gps reading) So where would be a good place to start with the jetting?

I wanted a 35 but I am getting this one for next to nothing so I figured it would be ok. Even if there is no need for it , will it perform ok or not?
-
I have a stage 4 single carb set up on my bike right now and am wondering if a 38mm pwk is a good fit for it. I recently bought the bike and it has a pj on it that I hate. the throttle adjust is done by turning the choke knob up and down, its a pain in the ass. Any thoughts on the 38mm?
