    v force 3's

just as the title says, i'm looking for a set of v force 3 reeds an cages for my banshee, preferably cheaper but in good useable condition. tell me what you got josh
  3. i think it would only be 1/8 mile or maybe 1/4, i have a 15 tooth up front an i don't plan on running balls to the wall in 6th half the track, if it comes down to that i'll be at about half 3/4 throttle to keep the top end together
  4. okay well my dad just to told me the local track lets atv's run on bike night so i need to put a tether kill switch on, and thats basically all i need to run/ add on. My main concern is, is there any tips you guys want to give me? setup? i know my tires def arn't the best for this but i'm not to serious as too where i need to purchase some slicks or anything but how do you thisnk my trac stars will hold up to a good asphalt beating?
  5. wow, perfect timing, my friend asked me last week how to find the bolt pattern on his ozark, lol thanks
  6. so if i modify the spindles i can run the whole banshee front braking system? and also what needs to be modified?
  7. what blaster a arms accept a banshee front end? hubs spindles brakes an what not? i'd love to put a disc brake system on my blaster
  8. well now you've got me wondering on this auction, the description seems ok but now that i've seen what it's supposed to look like i'm a little nervous http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...9896&rd=1,1
  9. so i guess i should pick this outer wear up lol, i'll post the link up after i buy one, there only $10 a piece
  10. thanks for the tip om the faqs and that outer wear is from an ebay auction which claims to be a outer wear for a airbox, if you enlarge the pic you can read the label
  11. is this what your refering to when saying the outer wear for the box?
  12. gotcha thanks for that quick clear up i was just lost because i mix with my blaster, banshee an odyssey an was just lost but thanks
  13. i notice alot of people saying that they are going to have to mix gas if they run a cool head with bigger domes or w/e, but i run mixed gas right now an thats with a stock motor, do most of you guys run straight gas? sorry for sounding like a newb but this is messing with me
  14. ok, well i have t5 pipes, i'm looking into v force 3's for reeds, the adapter i'm looking at actually isn't a prodesign one but a NOSS one and it comes with a k&n with outerwear, i'm at sea level an my mains are already at 310 but i'm unsure what my pilots are, does it really matter that much if i run without the lid? i'll look into an outer wear for my lid also, and also, i notice some saying just richen it with the screw, where is this screw, i'm not to educated on my carbs and they still have the tors cap but the tors box removed, thanks you guys for all your help! josh
  15. thanks for the tips, i'm looking to do new reeds an a k&n so you think i should watch my jetting?
  16. i still run the stock filter an stock air box, i ride in the mud/water mostly so ditching the air box is eliminated off the bat, i've had issues with my shee getting fine dirt in the carbs so i know the stock filter is about done and i need a new one soon, my question is it really worth it for me to get a k&n filter with the prodesign adapter? or should i just stick with the stocker? will it be a noticalble diffrence in power? btw, i'm trying to spend my money where i need it right now as i'm tight on money thanks guys josh
  17. thats basically what i was asking thanks guys
  18. does it basically explain itself when i pull the boots? what i'm really saying is will i know what to cut when i see it lol thanks for your help
  19. okay, if i just get the reeds do i need to modify my intake boots at all?
  20. thanks for that, i'm tryin to talk someone down right now on a set of v force 3's but if i cant get them i think i will just wait a couple weeks before i get new reeds, i don't want to spend my money on something like reeds and turn around a couple of weeks later and buy another set if you know what i mean, i'm only 16 so my money is basically going into my shee so i have no problem dumping a paycheck into her
  21. doesn't look like their site gets much action with only 136 on the hit counter at the bottom of the page
  22. thanks, thats kinda what i was thinking but the price diffrence made me think i might try the boeyseen reeds jus for shits an giggles but no sense in wastin money
  23. i have been think about the v force 3's but someone suggested to me the boyeseen pro reeds, has anyone compared them to the forces? thanks for the replies josh
  24. whats everyone elses opinons on the boyeseen reeds? i've looked at these also but i've heard so much more about the forces an i assumed they were better, or is it like buying a harley where your paying for the name?
  25. cool thanks, i guess i have to work a little harder this week lol but i guess i can dish out alittle more for the 3's
