  3. Gonna look good once everything is in perfect harmony...lol Kinda wild looking but it's good your gonna round em' off they look dangerous...
  4. I don't know if that's weird or not...You having a pirate obbsession
  5. they look cool but i would be carefull with how the back part of the fender comes to a point i bet it's sharp as hell....lol Let's see how they look on the bike though cause i'm trying to decide whether or not to cut mine or what.
  6. Yeah it's a pretty long process you have to have a powder coating machine.
  7. Should be 1500 millimeters around a quart and little over half a quart.
  8. Well i would have to say maybe to much oil...Just like if you put to much oil in a vehicle motor it will blow all the seals and screw up everything. How much oil did you put in it? If you rode it for a long time like that maybe you should check the seals too.
  9. Yeah i would look around first too, friend just bought a 03 lrd limited edition banshee with toomey exhause, handlebars, k&n double filters, and a few other things for 2500 bucks. They probably just didn't know how to take care of that bike whoever had it. All banshees need some TLC.
  10. I finally got in contact with the guy he took off the extra 120 dollars that was tacked onto the original price. Didn't tell me why though but i don't care atleast he took it off. It's a nice billet case for only 120 bucks check it out i posted a pic.
  11. I got my T5s coming in the mail i can't wait to get a case of beer bring it to my buddies garage and put them bad boyz on.
  12. No it's cool, it's not that hard of a kit to install. But one very important thing to remember when putting the kit on is 1. make sure when you take the old tors off that you replace the sleeve, spring, etc. on the correct side it was originally on to the new carb cap. For example when your sitting on the bike i wouldn't take the left carb cap old tors off and switch it to the other side. Helps if everything goes back into it's original carb. yeah i read the instructions through and through and after getting to that part i looked up the schematics on where that part is just to make sure i was unplugging the correct one.
  13. Thanks guys, i went to motionpros website and figured out that there are different kits you can get when buying the tors removal system. I guess the one i got didn't come with the drill and tap so i went ahead and ordered the drill and tap kit for 22 bucks. Comes with drill, tap, two idle screws, lock nuts, and instructions. So once again if it wasn't for BHQ i would be stumped as to why my idle wasn't running the way i want it and should be running at.
  14. Hmmm now i see what yall are talking about. I couldn't thank you enough for posting pictures and i'm also pissed off my kit didn't come with a drill and tap. I guess i'll go to the motionpro website and order that so i can get that installed also. If i have any problems finding that i'll let yall know. Once again thanks.
  15. No they have some nice billet clamps you can get for 50 bucks in Black, Blue, Red, etc. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-BANS...113636990QQrdZ1 Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam Those are tight
  16. Well i ordered mine from Motion Pro and there was nothing in the kit that had idle screws. I guess i'm gonna have to order those seperate. Can someone take some pictures and point out where i need to drill tap, etc. Some pics will help if someone already has that kit on there bike. thanks
  17. go to ebay they have tons of clamps..but i'm a ebay junnkie...lol
  18. Exactly i would rather put on some regular shoes right now than fork out 300 dollars for some boots. I got a pair of old thor boots i sometimes use that gets the job done. I got nerf bars so i'm not worried about breaking my ankle.
  19. Well i definitly have to give props to 98Sheenut for not blowing up on everybody and being mature about everyones opinions. I recall another thread about someone wanting to sell there banshee and some people had mentioned something about how the price was to high bla bla bla and the guy acted immature and went off on everybody. So definitly welcome to the HQ !
  20. I'd spend a little bit more money and get a pair of Alpine Stars, definitly worth the extra money for the durability.
  21. O yeah no doubt about it.
  22. No i never grinded anything but i did disconnect all the old wires including the parking brake. I guess i need to grind the carb bosses flat then
  23. 100 bucks is a real good price. Good luck with the build
  24. Sweet thanks i'll have to check it out, i'm sure i'll have to re-wire the light in itself and change the connector that is on the bike. I need to get that done though.
  25. Yeah that's why i'm really debating on if i want to cut them or not. Think i'm gonna wait till i get a few more mods on the motor and some more billit to show off.
