i got my swinger off..picked up a pivot works rebuild kit...and now i cant my bearings in...any suggestions? do i have to scrape the inside of the swingarm?

did you get them off ebay? there was a guy about 2 months ago selling the whole kit for 650-750? shipped....i was gonna jump all over it but they were gone before i knew it!!! So overall your happy? you got one hell of a deal

this is turning out to be a pain in the ass... thanks for the info..and tips on my axle bearings....I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem but id figure id share it. About 6 months ago i bought new bearings for my stock carrier...find out the old bearings warped the carrier..bought a new one made by Magnum...stock style twin row... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TAPERED-AXL...sspagenameZWDVW i put it on ..and within 2 rides..my back end is wobbling again...take it back apart and find the welds that hold the sprocket hub/brake rotor to the carrier are cracked/split..both sides...call the guy i bought it from on ebay...he says it hasent happened before...i pay the shipping back and he sends me a new one....i get the new one and put it on ...2 rides later...vuala!!!welds pop again..its at my local shop right now getting welded....so i figured id redo my swingarm while its all apart...tighten things up.... thanks for all the help guys..and sorry for rambling vinnie

i'm by no means a mechanic....but id like to think i could take off and clean my carbs without paying someone to do it...anything i should avoid/ not do? anyone have any mistakes theyve made in the past? anything is appreciated thanks vinnie

Hey guys I'm new here and need help real quick....I'm trying to get my swingarm off...new bushings and seals? I cant get the main bolt out...got the nut off...does it just slide out now? any help is appreciated..thanks in advance
