I have a used set of SST's for sale for 300.+ shipping. there in excellent condition. the SST's are a great all around pipe. even though most people say they don't work good with porting they are wrong and never tried sst's on a ported motor. a couple engine builders agreed with me that they work great with porting. great all around broad spectrum pipe. just my .02 ...FAT

I would try raising the clip on the needles 1 notch. which will drop the needle down and lean it out a little bit. give it a try and see how you make out. let me know if this fixes it or not? good luck. ...FAT

that should fix the water pump ticking problem, just as long as the white plastic gear on on the inside Isn't worn or melted. that is the only other part left to replace. It may be ok just check it out also. ...FAT

There is a square metal plate on each pipe. It says banchee...lol [not banshee] hi rev or mid range and the year they were manufactured... you could try to use your stock silencers they may work, Not sure or your going to have to buy a set of paul turner fatboy silencers new or used.. maybe check ebay if your stockers don't fit. your jetting will be anywhere from a 280-300 and a 25-30 pilot. I would start with a 300 main jet and 27 or 30 pilot jet, start big and work your way down. do a WOT plug chop when you think you have it where you want it. black and wet = rich, white= lean and choco brown to dark tan is perfect. good luck ...FAT

with 16cc domes you should be running straight 110-115 or even alchy. I would guess your compression will be 200 -220 range depending on your altitude. let us know what your compression and altitude is and we can steer you in the right direction. but to be on the safe side run straight 115. ...FAT
