    I've had the same issue, and talked to a couple builders that said that's a bad deal. If you put any kind of extension in front of the carb it has to be a certain shape or you get the bog. Never heard of anybody being able to get it worked out. Pods have to go directly on the carbs. If you have fitment issues swap intakes, pods or whatever to get everything to fit.

    I'll have to check the rebuild part. Never personally done that. I always just stretch the spring, grease it and throw an oring in it.

    Well I've got a perfectly good one at the moment. My problem is the new pipes I have are causing a little bit of a clearance issue with my carbs. The pipes were tested with Boss intakes. That's why I wanted to go that way. If ya wanna send me some of yours I'd be happy to test em and see if they'd work. If not I'll send em back. Haha

    That's about it. I need a Boss, that's about it. I've got a White Knuckle intake already if somebody wanted to trade. Nothing wrong with it. Just has the wrong angle for my setup. Let me know what ya got. Thanks.
