Anyone looking to get some powder coating done let me know. I would like to start coating some banshee stuff and see if its a market I should get into.
Any color any texture and even high temp header coating. Im gonna do some stuff real cheap for people to test out what kind of inturest there is in the banshee market.

When I measure my cylinder bore and my piston, what kind of tolerance do I need between the two? Im a machinist but never done anything with motors. How tight should the piston fit?
I know for a fact that Eau claire cops wont let u go more than a mile without harrasing you.

Im getting my new (92 stock) and first banshee this saturday. He says that its got new carbs and he jetted for the winter. But the question I have is how hard will it be to start? Its 30 below here and im just wondering what I should expect. And what should I get for it so that the motor will pep a little more. Also any links for proper jetting would be great. Ive got YZ250's so the consept isnt foriegn just the dual carbs.

Would you recomend this for a stock engine? I am a machinist, and I could shave 30thou off on my lunch break.no sweat. But i just dont know the motor problems I might get from it.

Anybody have a writeup on how to and were to mill the cover? And im a newbee, so please educate me. But a lockup clutch will lock up durring strait line traction right? does it change the drivability? or how about starting and stopping?
