is the quality of the camera all im missing? i was wondering if there was any specific type of mount that was the best

what kind of helmet cams/ handlebar cams whatever do ya'll use and what is the trick to getting clear footage. i used an emerson action cam at the dunes this weeknd and the footage turned out horrible, to shaky to even watch
