  2. Oh cool. looks like the quadtech. But i forgot QT has the hump on the back.
  3. Thats a Quadtech seat. Cascade will customise your seat too your liking. they did mine.
  4. Heres mine. Flat black plastics i painted myself. Black swingarm and a-arms. Its a different look and gets compliments all the time. was thinking of doing the carb black also.
  5. just my two cents. There's a lot of things out there that someone came up with in there garage and people like cascade for instance get wind and market it befor the real person that came up with it gets to do anything with it. That's all.
  6. BUMP!
  7. Go too your my controles and scroll down to edit signature. self explanitory from there dude.
  8. Welcome too your new addiction. lots of good people here and make sure you use our sponsors and other members services. Like mine. check out my site.
  9. FYI. If you go to any atv swap meets or expos you can usually find the shift star mod for like $5 bucks versus the $38 that cascade charges. I actually met the guy who started the shift star mod and used to make it for cascade. He had A dozen of them left over from his days at cascade and sold them for $2 each. Just goes too show you if you keep those little things too yourself and paten it before you show it off, theres alot of money too be made for some real simple mods. Kudos on the write up! Very good info.
  10. Yes. the roundhouse style is superior to the stock type. I believe modquad sells one with a carrier for around $500. Ill soon be a modquad dealer hopefully and will carry all there stuff or special order anything they make. And of course i will give bhq members a discount.
  11. welcome to the bhq dude. look me up for all your polishing needs and more. check out my site.

  14. Huh. Right on well Marty hasnt done me wrong yet and i also havent visited his shop. He was at dunefest this year and had a few bikes there and they did really well in the drags. Like i mentioned before ive just decided to start a shop and will take all the advice and help i can get. I favor no one better than the other. None of us know everything about building a banshee and we can all learn a thing or two from each other. I give everyone a chance but as soon as you screw me once i'll write you off for good. Ive learned a few tricks from you from your posts and you seem to be the number cruncher type that knows specs and squishes and all that. I like to learn from trial and error and will never claim to be the best or have the fastest or best. I just want too have fun and let others have fun on cool bikes and a friendly person too work with and learn from. Lets get together and ride and bs sometime. your not far from me. Ps dont take anything i said personaly. I wasnt callin you out but i tend too call em as i see em. just how i am dude. you are a very knowlegable person.
  15. Sound like you dont like anyone you dont work directly with. I Met Marty from nothwest CST and seems like a good guy. They build some badass drag bikes and sweet play bikes. Ya kinda arrogent but hes going to help me get my shop going. Hes set up for all the parts distrubuters already and hes going too get me all the catologs i need to order all my stuff through him until i have a storefront. From what i understand most places wont let you sell there products if your just working out of your home shop like i am. I may be wrong but getting parts at cost plus 10% seems good for me for the time being. Its all us small timers that could use the help and knowledge of these guys that are already established to get us up and running and create a good following also. Ill be at sandlake labor day weekend if anyone is going to be there hit me up.
  16. Ya i saw it and even commented on it. Sometimes the same thread or question about something similar in different sections will get you more answers and input.
  17. Hey guys. I was wanting some more info on these 30mm oko carbs ive been hearing about. I run a single 35 keihin right now, I used too run 28s but never could get them right. Anyway tell me how they work and what you like or dislike about them. thanks dudes.
  18. reeds in good shape? no cracks or tears.
  19. Tony is more of the carb guy isnt he. Seems to be a litttle more clear than Chris. There both pretty knowlegable so they should be able to help.
  20. while its all apart send parts to me too be polished.
  21. k&n modquad? k&n is an airfilter and modquad is a parts distributer
