damn,thats cheap. :shoothead: Wish I knew of them when I bought mine from Rockymountain.Ebay was the same price and still is at $200.Well I guess I could do $130 shipped but I'm not gonna give them away.I'll sell them on ebay and get what I want.And thanks for being an ass and posting it for me there jason.Way to cock block. -

I bought them last May.I used them 3 times this past summer.selling the quad so I don't need them.They are the newer smaller design with the laser etched looking logo.They look way better on my quad then my buddys older designed toomey sparkys.I paid $210 for them so I figured $150 was fair.I'm sure shipping would be $10 bucks or maybe less.They don't way nothing and they are small.I'll get pics up in a few minutes.

I will get pictures on here tomarrow when my brother brings my camera back.I used them 3 times at the dunes last summer and they still have some of the nubs on the paddles.No holes or anything.and again they are 20in tall and on 10in douglas polished wheels for the rear.They are for the 98 I think and up bolt pattern and fit the old 80's banshees too.I had them on my 03.Not sure on shipping but my zip is 49068 if someone wants to check and see.I think usps or fedex are the cheapest.Pics will come tomarrow.Nothing wrong with them and they look like brand new still.

Well ,I have to sell my baby.Its been paid for since I bought it 2 years ago.It doesn't need anything and runs great.It was completely stock when I bought it and I bought it off my sister-in-law.She was the original owner.I have the title free and clear.The only thing wrong with it appearance wise is a crack in the back fender from my buddy rear ending me.I included a pic.The pics are from the last time I rode it so it still looks the same just has dust on it. The mods are Toomey chrome T5's Toomey 2into1 foam air filter w/ outerwear Ricky Stator adjustable timing plate set at +4 timing new front and rear sprockets and chain. ITP holeshot rear tires on stock rims front stock tires on aftermarket rims.Not sure of actual brand but I think they are douglas wiseco pistons still on stock bore. Aftermarket front Bumper alluminum exhaust clamps.I think they are cascades but I can't remember I think thats it.If it doesn't sell in a few weeks I might try parting it out.But I would have no idea what to ask for stuff so I will try selling complete first.

I was there Saturday.I Didn"t even know about the meet and couldn't believe all the banshees.I raced badassshee a few times and thought it looked familiar with the orange frame.That things is wicked fast.Me and my buddy took our 03's there and Aftewr trying his with the haulers,my sandstar's are going up for sale.

I got mine running today.Turned out the needle thing for the float was stuck almost all the way closed on the one carb and would let the bowl run dry.By the time I got it tore apart ,the bowl was full again so I never thought it was sticking.

Alright guys,I got it fixed.My buddy finally came over and figured it out in like 10 minutes.The little needle thing for the float was stuck almost all the way closed and wouldn't let enough fuel in to run so it would run the bowl dry and starve itself.With the choke on,aparently it supplied it with just enough fuel to run.The floats moved when I had it apart so I never looked to see if the needle for it was moving also.Runs like a raped ape now,just gotta get it dialed in on the fine tuning.

I did clean the carbs several times.Took all the jets out and sprayed them and run a wire through them.

Forgot to add I did a search and everything I came up with I checked.I'll go through the list. Plenty of spark,reeds appear to be ok,crossover choke tube in place and in good condition,filter is clean,tried switching the slides around ,checked for kink in gas cap vent tube,run paperclip through all the jets.Anything else to check for?

Well on my 03 shee,I have T5's +4 timing and 2into1 uni filter.I sold my old pipes this winter andf bought some T5's off a fellow member here and thought I would throw a little richer pilot jet in it for the colder riding and a size up on the mains.Ever since then it will only fire on the right side when The choke is half on.Shut the choke off and the right cylender sounds like it is running out of fuel and quits smoking and no sound from it.I've tore the carbs apart 5 times now and cleaned them along with taking the pilots and mains out and running a paper clip threough them and cleaning them.Plenty of spark,reeds look good,filters clean,TORS removedbut still have the boxs on top.Its gotta be carb related but I don't know how.

I bumped my pilots up to 27.5's because I was maxed out at .5 turn out on the air screws and still a bottom end bog with my new toomey T5's.I tried switching the slides on the carbs thinking maybe I got them mixed up but then the other side wouldn't fire that fired before and as soon as I shut the choke off,the right one quit again just like before.Its gotta be carb related somehow.I'm about ready to just set it on fire and say screw it I'm so pissed.If I was you though,I would try switching the slides in your carbs because maybe you got them mixed up when you had them apart.It could be your problem.

Well I have the same problem on mine 2.Great compression,getting fuel,and gfreat spark but wont fire on the right cylinder.Mine will fire though if I have the choke half on.figure that one out.Shut the choke off and it quits firing.Does your other cylinder fuire with the ckoke half on?

Alright to start with,I had LRD pipes on my shee all last year with Toomey 2into1 foam air filter and timing adjusted +4 with 320 mains and 3/4 turn out on the air screw stock needles on middle clip and it ran perfect all year.Well I changed to toomey T5's this year and tried running it with same settings in 70 degree weather and it bogs really bad when I hit the throttle.If while sitting still,I try to rev it up fast,it will try to stall or stall so I adjusted the air screw to 1/2 turn out and it got a little better but not even close to where its suppose to be.If I adjust them out,it will just stall.The stock pilots are still in it so should I try 27.5's?Should i try changing the needle position also?Elevation is around 600ft.

I run sand star rears on my piped banshee and my buddy runs 8 paddle haulers and I definently like my stars more at silverlake.
