I think anything that would keep the bearing from running smooth amd free would cause it to heat up and wear out quickly.

Just put my new cub in my frame, and when i got the carbs on the clutch arm hits the bottom of the bowl. They are 35mm pwks, and pro design billet intakes, and vf3 reeds. Is billet spacers the best way to fix it or does someone have a secret way to fix them? Didnt have that trouble with my last two motors.

Get the crank welded, if you are porting the motor its cheap insurance. You will have to look your cylinders over to see if it needs bored or not, if its not wore, dont bore it. Also, maybe you have one, but get a timing plate if you done have one.

wide trails like that would be killer on a shee or rap 700. Either bike would be good for those groomed trails.

You can trail ride banshees, dune em, you can do it all on a banshee. I would either get a banshee or a raptor if I was you.

No, it didnt hurt the cases. Just gummed the tranny, shift drum and all the bearings up.

I dont know, but thats what was in them and they are pretty damn stiff to turn now. Just seemed a little excessive on the yamabond with it running in everything.

There are lots of strong running 4mils out there, and 7mils too... Is go with one of those before another 10mil, it seemed like overkill for our racing up here. I liked my 4mil best of the two strokers ive had.

sucks, those were all BRAND NEW TZ bearings on that crank. Less then 3 rides on them, now they gotta be chabged or cleaned out somehow.

Sold the cylinders and top end of my bros twister motor we didnt build and here is what we found... Yamabond had been put on so thick it ran into the crank, and crank bearings, and the tranny was covered in yamabond. The shift drum was touching yamabond that had pooled in the bottom of the case. Crank bearings are very hard to turn, so probably ruined. Just thought i would share what we found. Crank bearing o-ring, notice where in ran in the front.. Trashed crank bearings... (not exatally sure how the yamabond covered these inside bearings so bad?)

That frame looks really good.... Black would go good on that blue, silver wouldnt be bad, and some blue true fire would really look nice.

Id paint the plastics and leave the rest. The frame looks good IMO.
