Take a good supplement before and after you workout. I'm using cellucor N.O. Extreme and cellucor c4 (one of them every other day) pre workout and GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60 after workouts and my muscles are getting great recovery. You don't have to eat clean, you will still get in decent shape, your body just wont look as good. A good afterwork supplement will help you out a lot.

I've cut from 170 to 155... Completely changed my eating habits, have my body fat very low now, and put in a solid 2 hours of working out daily or at night... Whenever I have time. Feeling and looking much better. Did the 3 weeks to shredded by mike dolce and it worked to get your body fat burned off and quick.

Amsoil pi is about as good as it gets for fuel system cleaner. It's a little expensive though. I'm not a huge believer of any of it, but my mechanic buddy said amsoil pi is the best if you want to use fuel system cleaner.

Overeem isn't fighting anybody. Was denied his license yesterday by the nsac, can't apply again for 9 months. Mir got the title shot against jds on the 21st right before UFC 145.

Problem with Henderson is he is predictable. Watch the right hand, it's pretty much all he has. Fights where he can't land it he is virtually a b+ fighter

I dont give henderson a chance at all in the next fight. His striking is over-rated as it gets. Yeah he KOd fedor, and bisping... people are forgetting about his split decision win over Franklin, completley gassing out and almost losing to a battered shogun that he couldnt put away, and greatest of all a loss to Jake Shields. If you cant grapple with Shields, Jones will choke you to death in about a minute. Really not excited to see it either, Henderson shit all over the UFC leaving for money and going to Strikeforce and he gets rewarded with a title shot after winning 1 fight? I understand he is an icon and legend of the sport, but i dont like him getting to pick and choose his fights like this.

I think everybody saw this coming with overeem. It sucks, Mir will get the fight and get hammered badly by jds, and then wo after that. The HW division is so weak right now. Werdum already fought jds, lasted a whole minute and twenty seconds, I defiantly don't want to see that again. In all honesty the UFC is going to have to get Daniel Cormier in the UFC and Josh Barnett back in the UFC to add some depth.
