Any clutch baskets with good cushions and the gear on the back of the basket?

I got that same bolt kit and wouldnt do it again. The self locking nuts dont work, threads strip off the bolt when it hits the nylon washer in the nut, and the bolts are really really soft. It was impossible to torque some of the bolts because they just kept stretching. The kit worked nice on the plastics, and cosmetic stuff, but was a royal pain in the ass on everything else.

dont want to start a beef, but brake cleen wont hurt the cases.. if it would hurt them mine would be fully disolved by now. That shit will hurt you alot more then the cases.

Wiring sounds like something may be out of place... I dont have a key, killswitch or anything so I cant help much... ::

You have the cases split? If you have the cases split just use brake clean, just dont breathe that shit, about killed me a couple times.

Couldnt you just have the hole tig welded shut and have the pipes rechromed?

I would bet you would have to rejet. Its going to run way different so I would bet its going to use fuel differently. :thumbsup:

What ever works for you I guess... By the time I drove to pep boys I would have burned 15 bucks in gas, so thats one reason they are cheaper for me. I can order stuff way cheaper then driving 50 miles one way to town to get anything.

Yeah, I got my iriduim plugs on ebay for like 5 bucks each... I guess it would be 3 bucks, because normal ones are 2.09 in RMATV.

I live in wyoming from 5000-8000 feet and run BR9EIX I wont run anything but a Iriduim plug. I think they are worth the extra 2 bucks. Im not sure if they make a whole lot of difference in power, but I like em.

Glad you got them on... If you have problems again, pump them up to aobut 65, put brake fluid on the bead and bounce the shit out of them. Ive had some that were really hard to set and that worked... :thumbsup:

My intakes were less then 200... thats a pain in the ass ordering from more then 1 place...

Cubs are a different cylinder set up, that makes a ton of power... If you dont want a lot of extra power... you dont want a cub. Makes you shake at the knees the first time you ride it. Scroll through here, there is tons of info about them. :thumbsup:

Ive got a full uncut rear red fender with 1 tiny crack on the bottom mounting hole. $50+shipping if you want it them.
