  10. ohhhhh..... sweet im going to steal them off the wifes 05 660...HAHAHA so the 99-03 R1 shock bolts right in & fits? that would be cool. does anyone know how much it would lower it? anyone got one they want to sell???
  11. ive had my ricky stator 200w for about 10 years & no problems but im only running two 55w piaa bulbs
  12. the shee only get ridden in the duns & as far as why i want to lower it is i just wanted a lower stance. im getting older now (haha 39) & i dont do much jumping (kid scares the HELL out of me on his yfz450 when he jumps) & then the occasionally drag race.
  13. so if i dont really want to spend the money on after market rear shock to lower the rear of the shee what do you guys recommend to lower the rear about 2"? i am running sock shocks (& i know how you all feel about them)& a-arms. i replaced the swing arm a while ago with a round housing (stock length). my plan is to lower the whole bike about 2" but again not spend a ton of money right now. thanks in advance....
  14. sooooooooooooooooooo................ would a stock set of YFZ shock be an improvement over the stock shee shocks?

  20. just had mine done in january at alba was just about $650 & that was otd. BUT lost the clutch on one run,had the clutch arm weld its self to the arm on another run, then changed domes on another run, the motor came out 3 times. in the end the shee had 34 runs. cant say enough about the guys downs at alba in san diego

  23. change mine after every ride & if its a long weekend in the dunes its every day. i dont think a little preventive maintenance can hurt besides oil is cheep compared to a frozen motor. i dont care what anybody says even the wife when shee sees the bill for the case of oil for the weekend  i was also told to run a little over the full mark. like a 1/2" i run yamalube 10w40.
  24. ok... but what is an overdrive trany? i have never herd of one
