The first one is a 2003 Limited Ed Yellow and Black , the second is an 04 Limited Ed Red and White, the last one is an 05 Special Ed all Black 2003 Yellow and Black Banshee 2004 Red and White Banshee 2005 Special Edition

I am not 100% sure if just the pistons and pipes are the only things done. Grand River Racing built the motor and I am not sure if there is any port work or anything like that. It's alot faster than my friends stock one that is for sure.

But when you get it for $50 from your work cause the did an upgrade and it was hardly used why the hell not! It has been great to have though. It hardly kicks on unless i am grinding or painting.

I have a Sanborn 6hp 220volt 80gallon in my 24x24 garage and I also have a 33gallon that I haven't used in i don't know how long!

I am from Rockford just north of Grand Rapids. And so far the only place I have ridden besides my friends Field is up at Silver Lake.

So my good friends who have 2 cottages up at silver got a letter the other day explaining that there will be no towing in. A tow bar will be allowed but you will only be allowed to tow bar 1 atv. So that sucks for alot of us as getting a trailer voucher is a bitc*.

At my work we used to use 1" PVC that was made for the use of air pipeing. As time went we had alot of problems with it. PVC over time when there are drastic temp changes (like in a garage) will become brittle and start to crack and have leaks. We have since switched to 1" black pipe and 1" brass valves. We have a 25hp Screw compressor that puts out 90cfm at 120 psi. The black pipe has lowered our water in air lines and has proven to have less leaks. Plus it's really not that expensive.

Unhooked the TORS box and still not 100% i guess it's time to take the carbs off and clean them and check on the reeds.

Do I leave it unplugged?

Well I put the 8's in and no difference. Could it be cloged up carbs that could be causing a low power issue?

Thanks for that answer, I know my friends stock shee runs a BR8EG and what was in mine when i bought it was the 9's but that makes sense I will try that too.

Ok, so last night when on my shee it felt like it was missing (I run an NGK B9ES) so I replaced the plugs and it really didn't seem to help. So A friend of mine to it out and he said that it sounded like I had bad piston slap on the right side. So off to the garage to run a compresson test and to my suprise I had 118-120lbs on both sides. So this made me feel a little bit better. Now the right side smokes more than the left and from looking at the plugs It appears to be running rich. My second thought was that my crank seal was bad and I was sucking in tranny fluid. I checked my fluid level and it is right on the mark and this is the same place it was late this summer to and I haven't added any. So I guessing that i am not sucking fluid in. So Now I am starting to think that the carbs are not in sync and possilby dirty. I know that my T5 pipes make a tingy sound but am not sure what the problem is. I am going to replace plugs again just incase I got a bad one but do you guys have any ideas? Here is what I know is done to my quad as this is how it was when i bought it. K&N Filters, Weisco Pistons (10 over), Tommey T5 Pipes and that the Carbs have been re-jetted. The build was done my Grand River Racing.

It's true supposidly the local cops will be cracking down on towing in but you will still be able to use a truck bed or a tow bar for everything so that shouldn't be to big of a deal. And it is all cause of Floyd the guy who owns the Jeep rental place around the corner. He didn't want to have to have to use vouchers and thought it was unfair so he complained and we will just have to see what happens. I will be up there alot this comming year. I can't wait.
