my bike done the same thing..i changed everything from carbs,intake gaskets,coil,plug wires,stator..it was an air leak..also the crank bearing was bad...did he replace the crank bearings and seals on the bottom end when he fixed it?if not there is the prob..its always best to tear it down completely and go over eveything..

the other guy is right..you have a air leak which is causing it to suck the oil into your motor causing the ton of smoke!!or you may have a bad crank bearing..the bad part is you will have to tear down the whole motor..i wouldnt think twice about not doing it neither...ive had a couple do this to me just be glad it wasnt on the other side or it could have been worse...good luck..

ha,ha i looked on their site and my balls had already hit the floor i should have read this first so i would have been warned..lol..polished cylinder 195.00 plus shipping..my god i had mine done through k&t for 120.00 but by the look of their work it looks amazing..they want 150.00 for carbs..i believe il wait and find somebody a lil cheaper..

on the cases i was gonna do them myself...but the powdercoat thing sounds great but im not gonna tear it back down right now to do that..but next trip around i know what im gonna do...thanks for the info..il contact cascade and see if they can do my carbs..

i have a dm motor and im having a hard time figuring out how to run my radiator hose from the head to the water pump..anyone got a pic of how they ran theirs..

shane back in november called me everyday and a few other people can verify that because he called them as well..also i have a few friends that work at the jail and they said shane has never been in there..so really im confused about all of this..i wish shane would post and straighten all of this out..i do believe he will make it right with everybody..i hope..if i can help let me know..

shane is a outstanding guy...i have hung around him for a while now at my shop and at the track..he was having trouble with his wife but nothing else..and he was not in jail neither..how that rumor got started i dont know..and the reason he didnt get your bike i have no idea..but id say shane will post up what is going on...but i will get in touch and if he owes anybody anything he will make it right..

i agree 100%...even if you try and get all the stuff out of your cases there is still gonna be some debree in there..then there goes a crank failure...do what bansheekid15 said and it would be the safest way and cheaper in the long run..but if your gonna port it drag port the crap out of them..not unless you are a duner..

here is a nice set of carbs..they have 2 power jets one set k&t the other one was done by trinity..these carbs wasnt used but very little..i was gonna build another motor but we are building a drag car..so here is a great deal cost over 600.00 new..il take 300.00 + ship the billet bowls dont go with the carbs..they are sold..filters not included..

like i said nate and ziggy built this motor for ziggy and nate ported it...which is the best looking port job i have ever seen..also talking to nate he told me that i should change the pistons on this motor to get the max hp out of it.(which i planned on doing).but never did...the only reason im selling is to go bigger...also if you know ziggy he is one of the biggest engine builders in the buisness so what if he did mess with the motor it either helped the motor or made it faster...so by the way 06banshee was talking about ziggy that he was some crappy builder..anyway the motor is still for sale but if it dont sale no big deal..also im not going a penny lower than what its priced...
