Sorry, I don't remember the jetting

I have a 2003 LTD, stock motor with FMF Fattys (with Turbine Cores) and a K&N Filter kit. It's bogging in 6th and it doesn't seem to be as quick or fast as my old 1997 with T5's. I called FMF and they sent me the correct jets for the pipes and I had my local Yamaha dealer install them, but it didn't make a difference. I still ride my 1997 so I can compare and it smokes my 2003. I bought the FMFs because I thought I'd get more low end responce but I don't get anything! Any suggestions?
