  1. Go with some 8 paddle haulers  . I remember when running the sandstars I was always getting stuck if I stopped on a little uphill. Haulers hook up really nice, especially if you want to line up at the hill, or else you'll be getting wooped on by the 4pokes. RMATV has them for like $100 a pop. Then you can also use the $20 discount they are offering. Remember free shipping.
  2. I don't have the shock, but if you need the rear spring for any reason hit me up.
  3. I give you a lot of credit for this build. One of a Kind!
  4. For those of you who need a part number for future reference on the Boss Intake boots, this time I found it when I looked closer. M-VM34-200
  5. I'm running the Duncan, other than that I wouldn't run anything. I got mine for $13 bucks!
  6. Got it done. Removed the old soft spring with 2 people pressing down on it and the other removed the retaining plate. Used threaded rod and large plates to compress spring. Locked it in with about 10 fat zip ties, released the plates from the threaded rod and put spring in place. Cut zip ties very carefully. Ready to install shock and test ride on Saturday! Thanks, Jorge
  7. that's what I thought, yeah a local shop wanted $80. brought it into work and gonna give it a try. got to go riding on Saturday.
  8. Just wondering if there's any special way to remove the rear spring and replace with new one? Any tips would be appreciated, gonna do it tonight.
  9. LMAO, mileage?
  10. Greg, You got to do what you got to do. Keeping the shee, if you need somewhere to keep it, I'll be more than happy to store it for you . Hey Dave, There is no part number, mine is the one with the built in cross-over. I think I got the china intakes
  11. Gracias, I'm already working on it. Haven't seen you as much on here Greg. Any Glamis trips lined up this season?
  12. Thanks, it's in the gasket surface. RTV it is then. I love this web site, get your answers right away
  13. I just looked at it and it seems like it wouldn't interfere. I believe the toomey radiator is just longer but the bracket ends up mounting underneath the front part of the gas tank. I don't see it being an issue but might want to double check with the guy who made it or wait till I get time to try it.
  14. My intakes are leaking on top where the rubber boot meets up with the billet part. Should I replace the rubbers and where's the best place to get them at? I'm going riding on Saturday and wondering if I could take them apart and use some Yamabond or something?
  15. I have one of these brackets and never got aound installing it. I also have a toomey radiator and wondering if it will work. I'll have to dig up the bracket and check.
  16. will this shock work with the stock setup? is this shock mainly for drag or is it dunable? if it will work for me then very interested. my back end is sagging since I went to a longer swinger.
  17. Just got back on Monday from the weekend. Another great trip out to Glamis. Weather was a bit warm, but nothing a few beers couldn't take care of. Barely any wind, and perfect night riding weather. Didn't get to meet up with anyone but had a good time. Not too many people out but looks like it's gonna be packed for Halloween. Hey Jay, take out some would to level your rig, we usually do good with a long 4x4 and drive right over. You guys have a good time!
  18. What's up Greg, You gonna be out there this weekend. How's the cubby doing, get her together again? I camp at Gecko cuz the usual group I roll with always stays there. That's why I bought that big ass tank, to keep up with the 4 pokes. Hit me up if you're gonna be out there. Laters

  20. Doc, Holy SHIT! all the way from the east coast, I give you props. Sounds good, I'll keep an eye out for you, I'll be rolling in around 9-10 friday morning. I shouldn't be to far from you, maybe in the loops. My rig is posted down below, 30' warrior. My bike doesn't look too much different from the pic, now it has a big ASS 5.6 gallon tank  . Anyone from the HQ is welcome to stop by and have a cold one on me  . I just need some guidance in what direction to start on jetting, Thanks. I'll PM you so maybe we can swap numbers.
  21. Haven't had any work done from him, but I've heard a lot of good things about Kevin (Herr Juggs Racing).
  22. Looks like I'm rolling out this Friday, will be there till Sunday. Usually camp at Gecko, Looks like I'm going to be trying to tune my bike with these 33pwks I just threw on. Anyone gonna be out there that can lend me a hand  . I can't get jetting down, always had issues. Looks like it's gonna be HOT as a mofo!
  23. how much for chrome front break res, chrome motor mounts, and arms?
  24. Would you be willing to sell the Xbox 360? I'm not too far from you.
  25. If you're somewhat mechanically inclined, I say get a clymer's manual, and some beers and have at it. Not that hard. You already have it open, you're half ways there. $400 sounds a little steep to do a top end. Most likely they're ported because some builders sign the cylinders once they've done they're magic. I'm pretty sure if you search around you can find some pics of stock ported cylinders.
