barely legal racing

my bike when it was completely stock ran 88-89 stock sprockets even air filter just took it awhile to get there

i have a few mods done to my bike, right now its vforce3, powerblades, k&n with the lid on, head milled .30, bikes bored .40 w/ wsm's, pro curcuits, and current jetting is at 240 running perfect brown. The rings are bad in the bike, so im getting new rings and i have twin k&n's to replace the stock box and was wondering what size jetts to order....320 340 300 ...what about will it take
