its not a good idea to take it out till you find out why it is overheating mine was doing this all summer and i messed with the jetting alot till the wissing was a minimall. about a bottle with 4 houres of rideing. i changed my clutch and discovered the plastic water pump gear was broken fixed that and what do you know the prob went away. not to brag but ran the shee all summer with no water pump and did ok man the jetting was spot on. :thumbsup:

would i need n/e thing to install crome pipes (springs ect.) very interested.

heat the nuts with a torch, cause locktite should have ben used, this will liquify the locktite and allow you to loosen the nuts
