is the bike suppose to have bad low comp around 65psi if my pipes are off and my whole carburater's are off

ok i just re did my top end but still wainting on my intake manifold to come in so i did a compression test to see where am at but its only reading 60psi at each cylinder.is it reading like this because my carbs are off and so is my pipes

OK ABOUT A FEW WEEKS AGO i took my top end apert and forgot to drain my heads so coolant spilled all in to my crank.today i was putting everything together but i noticed my crank still had green oily shit from the coolant even after i had drained all the oil out.so i go and put a bit of case 4 stroke oil straight on the crank and now when i kick it or put it in gear and move the bike making the pistons move it spits oil out my intakes. HOW CAN I CLEAN IT PLEASE HELP WANT TO RIDE SUNDAY

where the hell do i start from.i just had my stock head milled to .030 and got the weisco .020. do i have to cut some more off the heads or something?
