Don't you spend time at BT? Either way, I'm not sure there's room for anymore losers here (night taking up most of the rroom himself).

Open up the cap on the radiator, then find a screw thats on both sides of the engine. Unscrew both of those, but be ready to catch the coolant cause it will come out fast. Then get a garden hose and stick it into the top of your radiator and let some water run through it. If you want, you can close everything up and run your banshee with just water in it for a few minutes to flush absolutely everything out, I just fill it back up with coolant after I rinse with a hose. So put the screws back in and fill it with your new coolant at the top of the radiator. When it is full, put the cap on the radiator, then open up you seat and fill the resevior/overflow tank up a ways past the "low" mark with your engine ice. Make sure everything is closed up, then take it for a little spin. Check the resevior again and refill it. Keep checking it periodically until it stops going down. The only clean thing in the picture is the screw on the left side that you need to open.

anyone know how to resolve cats in your yard
airdog replied to barely legal racing's topic in General Banshee Discussion
tell your neighbors that there have been racoons around your place and your setting out traps so they should make sure that their cat doesn't wander into your yard. If you catch the cat, bring it to the pound. -
Ouch, sounds like you had an expensive roll. Some can be a lot worse than others. I rolled my banshee down a rocky hill for about 200ft and it didn't even bend my handle bars, but when my buddy rolled his 400 down a small sandy hill, it got his plastics, headlight assembly, master cylinder, steering stem and levers and such. Another friend of mine was running from some security and flew from a gravel road to the paved highway and ended up flipping it. That bent his axle and snapped his nerf bar and peg off. Good luck with the repairs, but it's too bad to hear about the frame damage.

Are you serious, you tryed to strangle a cat with a belt? Thats fuckin gross. How about you talk to your neighbor about it or go to animal control. Then go to a doctor for yourself, you need some pills. -
no way, thats the most annoying thing ever.

I'm from a suburb if minneapolis too, but I'm gunna be in ND for the weekend, I'll try to stop by if I get back in time. -
I have heard more stories then I can handle about doctors telling people they will never walk again, then the person wills through it and makes a full recovery. I think thats a really shitty thing for a doctor to say to their patient. I'll bet a lot of people believe the doctors and don't even try to recover.

I guess I'll be the one to say that this thread is over 2 years old, but considering I haven't been here that long it doen't bother me. But yeah, Left calf and fattys, ouch. I always get it when I jam into a stump, rut, etc... I'd wear pants, but I love the feeling of a nice breeze up my shorts.

I'd get some tires to get the power to the ground, some pipes/filter, and after that try to stay at the front of the pack so that you don't have to worry about staying in first gear...

Street Legal Banshee - What's it worth?
airdog replied to BlackBeast's topic in General Banshee Discussion
uh oh, looks like I'm gunna have to quit working for the rest of the day and start persuing this... ...hope the boss doesn't mind, haha ps, I'm sure no one will sue you, haha, but thanks a ton for the valuable info!!! -
If you can borrow a compression tester that would be good, you can pick them up for pretty cheap too. Like someone else said, check the bolts to see if they've been touched, it's good to know what they have had to mess around with. Just know that it IS a used banshee, so no matter how nice it is, they have still had a good time on it.

Street Legal Banshee - What's it worth?

Hey, I've never heard of anyone registering one as a dune buggy. Wanna fill me in on that. What are the requirements? -
perfect thread, I can still remember my first time... I was out looking at quad's and tried a few 4pokes and a wayy out of tune shee, but when I got to this one guys house I hopped on and cruised down the road. I hit the powerband and was like "what the fuck just happened". The next day I bought it and we've been in love ever since.

Bansh88, I completely agree w/ you, someone should have pointed it out, and I would have if I had noticed it or even visited that thread... but I doubt he was trying to be malicious. It's cool you saw his mistake and helped him out, but there's no need to tear him apart. Mistakes happen.

It has to be chemically bonded to the metal, otherwise it really doesn't stick to anything.
