nope but i did winde u breaking my wrist on my track back in october and its still messed up to the point i cant jump yet so im on hold till i can jump again i can barely pull in the clutch as of now so... im thinking another couple of weeks befor i can jump but i will keep you guys updated. ya im not using our ramp for the flip im going to use another guys ramp ours is 45 degrees and the one im going to use is 53 degrees big difference by the way does anyone have any tubing i can buy off them for the a arm conversion kit for my bike? i have the yfz a arms and i want to put them on and im getting the tripple rate springs works here in the next couple of weeks then the dual rate sping for the back shock from tcs so with all that and a axle i will be ready for the backflip!!!! but im going to scotts house here in a few days befor he goes to italy so ill have pics for ya here soooooooon!!!!!!!!!!1 derick

well guys i screwed my self bad i was redoing my track and i broke my wrist on my woop section i built this knarly woop section and was going through in like 2nd taped and i slaped the back tires off one and the front pildrived into the next one and jared my wrist. they sent out the x rays and if i broke this one bone in my wrist i could have a cast past my elbow for 12weeks!!!!!!!!! :biggrin: im pissed tho because i was going to start fliping soon but if i have a cast on for 12 weeks i cant start till february so... but i will get you pics of the ramp and foam pit for yoyu guys ill get pics of the whole compound. derick

ok you dont use 6ply tires on a mx guys you just dont do it. razr 2's are cross country tires big 21 to 22in tires you never see thoes on the mx track they are bad ass tires but not mx tires! if you want good a mx tire for sand and loose dirt go with eather the holshot mxr 6's or the kenda klaws i have ran them both and the hook up amazing i like the klaws because you can flip them around for hard packed tracks too and the last long too and they are tough. the mxr 6's hook up amazing too and you can go a season with out have to buy new ones if you only race and nothing else i do the same thing you do and my mxr 6's dont last very long like that. i have heard good things about the razr mx's but never ran them i think im going to get thoes next. but what ever you do dont get anything else then 18'' tires for racing mx maybe 20'' tires if you going to do other things but i havent ran anything but 18's for 3 years and i go ever where my friends with 20'' tires do so thats not an issue. never bent a rotor eather knock on wood :beer: Derick

ok for sure work on you arms because you arms are going to cramp up real bad, if you are in good shape you shouldnt have any trouble with it cardio wise but your arms are going to be the worst thing its hard to hold on for 6 laps and not have them crap up but i would say squeez a tennes ball or like that for like 20 min like 2 or 3 times a day that will give you fore arms of steel. thats about what i do. ok guys here is the plan im going to be working the backflip in the pit here in like 2 to 3 weeks, so i making this thread so i can keep you guys updated on the progress, im going to work on it all winter and going to go to dirt next summer this is my goal i want to get there but unless something happens i should make it, i have a foam pit and soft landing i can use so i should beable to have it down be next summer. ill keep you guys updated has i go so keep checking back!!!! ya scott is doign good hes bumed that hes messed up but he is going to keep trying, ya the work gloves man is what he wears evertime he rides and sunglasses he doesnt own a pair of goggles lol. but ya im going to waiot for school to start to start working on the flip so im not work anymore i have been woking all summer and i wouldnt have time to work on a flip but ya school starts in about 3 or 4 weeks so i will hitting it hard then and my goal is to go to dirt next summer i have a foam pit and a soft landing at scotts i can use so i dont see a problem going to dirt by next summer. but ya ill keep you guys posted. im going to start a new thread to keep you guys posted on it. ok i went riding yesturday at a local track and came up short and nose low almost ate shit hard on a 90ft triple and i bent the j arm i have yfz a arms i was wait for winter to put on but im goong to now so i can ride i have a ramp i want to start working on a back flip soon so i can go to dirt next summer, but anyways i have to convert my j arm frame to a arm fram i have th tubing to do this and the welder but i need to know if it makes a difference how i put the tubes in? i would think it wouldnt as long as its wide enought for the a arms... but im not sure. but ya if you could tell me if it matters then that will be awsome so i can start this shit soon, thanks DErick

suspension is the first think man get a really good set up then some paul turner mids and reeds and then hold it wide open and just hang on man, i went up to the track yesturday and was ripping pretty till i came up short on a 90ft triple that one hurt i dont think elkas would have stoped the hurt but it wouldnt have hurt as much but ya man deff suspension first dont think about anything else befor that. $190 but we got the ply wood for free our friends dad works at a wood mill so he got it for free, but its around 150 more for the ply wood.

ok guys we just finnished the ramp and we brought it to my friend scott murrys house (watch for his name in X games this year he is dong the double back flip in his show on the 28th)because he has a compound with a foam pit soft landing or felt landing and a huge landing, but as for the flip thing i was woundering what you guys though about a banshee fliping?i made a bet with my friend if i flip my bike into the pit hes is going to give me his 1989 toyota 4 banger lol, i can beat the shit out of it lol i dont need the car i already have a car but it will be fun to beat the hell out of! but ya u guys think the shee can do it? oh and ill put some pics of the ramp up. here you guys go sorry for the wait! you guys need to seddle down lol :biggrin: sorry about the size my friend likes to down size the pics they might upload faster but you cant see them very well what a tool let me know what you guys think of both subjects.
