ya all the way man im just talking out of my ass. i was in a cast for my wriste till the end of feburary and the guy with the foam pit has been over seas on the crusty tour so it must be horse shit but idk it might be. i have pics of the ramp but how do you get the freaking picks on here it wont let me post them off image station? bikes in some sort of peaces im putting yfz a arms on it with LT shocks and i have a durablue axle coming tomarrow im way behind scedule and im pissed. so anyone else thinks its horse shit speak up?. ok i have seen some clear clutch covers and i like the way they look and i was woundering how you do it and if you have any pics let me know. i was woundering if you just take that cover off and replace it with some plexie glass? let me know how you did it if you have, and put some pics please. Dude your not going to get 4000 for that bike it looks like hell, you can tell it hasnt been washed everytime you ride it and who knows if you change the oil in it. its a beat to hell bike and youll be lucky to get 2800 on here for it because nobodys stupid enought on here to buy it for 4000. so i would eather find someone stupid enough around you that knows nothing about fourwheelers to buy it or come down on the price alittle. oh and the white marks in the fenders are not usual wear and tear thats from being rolled and thats why im guessing you have a new stem and bars. :biggrin: Derick

i would run some paul turner mid range pipes with duncan fat boy2 silencers best pipes for low end power on the market. and i would run 14 tooth front sproket i have a 13 with 18in tires and you shift way too much, the rest everyone covered so i hope you got what you need out of this if not dont be afraid to asked just like he^^^^^^^^ said. ok i have a set of 04 or 05 yfz shocks that i bought a year and a half ago and rode it like a summer and a half with them on it they have the usual nics in the springs but arnt leaking oil, but they are in good shape and the spriungs are grey so i think that is 05 but not sure i think the 03-04 had white springs. bnut im asking 175 plus shipping . let me know , i have pics too give me your email and i will send them to you. well the stock z400 shocks bolt right in the yfz a arms so im guessing they will fit in the upper shock mounts. Derick

well i have stock z400 shocks im going to put on it nowe and i will ave money for some elkas the moral of the storie is im a cheap ass lol and i want to go with the cheapest way out , that and i have to head out to college soon so i cant afford 1000 shocks but thats my idea and thatnks for the input guys Derick

well if i got standard travle z400 shocks for +2 a arms then the valveing wouldnt matter because the valveing is for the a arm width and rider weight not what kind of bike its for ,so i could get some elkas for a z for $800 compaired to 1000 for longtravle banshee shocks. Derick

ok im putting yfz a arms on my bike and i dont like how low they sit with the yfz shocks on it too. i am going to use a set of my frineds z400 shocks till i can get some other shocks and they are 17" eye to eye or something like that and i was woundering if i would have any problems, the reason y im asking the lenght of LT banshee shocks is because i think there like 16 or something like that and i know the z400 shocks fit in the shock mounts so i was going to go out and buy standerd travel Z shocks to save from getting LT shocks, do any of you guys see any problems with this set up? let me know what the lenght is and if you guys think i will have any problems doing this thanks guys! hey man i am converting mine to a arms and putting yfz a arms to go with the yfz stock shocks. my bike might be an 88 but its mint man its a nice bike the only thing wrong with it is it has a tear in the rear fender it looks cool because i stiched it up with zip ties it looks like frankinstien lol, but ya runs good and has good bottom end im in the process of making it a mx bike i have pt mids and fmf reeds i havent put in it yet i have itp beadlocks that i just got this past summer and has mxr 6's on them i dont have the stock bumper on it because it was dirty and the paint was chipping and i though if i took it off it would get me to buy a new one but never got around to it. but ya once i get the a arms on it all u will need is and axle and it will be ready for the track you could compete in c class and win with it. let me know man i want a 4stroke, thanks Derick

ok i have allways wanted a cannondale and im looking to trade my shee for one, even if it needs some work im fine with that as long as it runs. my bike is getting new wheel bearings and front bumper and grab bar, and i just redid the frame last winter and the motor two summers ago and i worked all last summer so i didnt put many hours on it at all. oh and i have yfz a amrs to go with it im putting them on when i get the kit to weld on the frame for a arms. all around its a very nice bike and runs strong, oh i have fmf reeds that go with it too so... anyone wanting a half way mx shee or even a very good trail bike and happens to have a cannondale sitting around trade me :biggrin: oh and i just bought a rear shock off and 03 revalved for a 225lbs rider and the spring is powder coated to match the frame. well im thinking the middle of march i will be hitting the ramp and shit i have parts on the way for the see now so... and scott is out on the road for a couple of weeks so when he gets back i will have the ramp up to the pit and practice in there then go to soft landing the dirt but i sont know when that will happen ! but im thinking sometime in the middle of march. ok supermoto is a mix of pavement and dirt. the pavement sections are like road courses to say it easy and the dirt sections are motocross based they have jumps woops. so your going to want to have a back ground in tt and motocross it is really hard because you have to have your bike set up for both sections and and know how to ride both types of conditions.I would say race in a really low class like a c class or how ever they set it up. but race with people of your riding ability too. well i would say go for it i wish they had something like that up here i would def go out for it! good luck hope this helped.
