  1. Reeds are sold!!! Any interest in the single carb setup? Shoot me a PM
  2. dirty jersey represent

  3. A couple more items from the bike I'm parting out. If I am way off with the prices shoot me an offer. A complete Single Carb Setup. Includes the carb, 2 into 1 intake, and air box. The airbox has a K&N prefilter and pro flow filter plate. This came off of a running bike. The carb is a 34mm PWK, measured the inside diameter of the engine side. It has a 185 main and a 50 pilot installed. Also comes with throttle cable for stock thumb throttle. Looking for 220 shipped. Also have some older V Force Reeds with carbon fiber petals. I think these are either VF1s or VF2s, not sure, make me an offer shipped, I'm really not sure what theyre worth but I'm thinking at least 40-50. Petals are all in good shape and came off of a running bike. If you need any other parts hit me up I'll give you a price shipped. The rest of the bike was all stock. Pipes and electrical are all gone.
  4. x2, Ive been on the road at work for the last few months and haven't been on here. That's a damn shame, I remeber arguing about poltics and other shit with her quite a bit back in the day.
  5. Figured I would share since I hadnt seen any posts on it. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has tried Craiglook? Its at www.craiglook.com, it searches all the craigslists within a set radius of your zip. I use it to find bikes, Broncos, pretty much anything. I found out about it like 2 months ago and it's prissed my girlfriend off ever since. Anyway just figured it might help someone in their never ending quest to acquire Banshees and Banshee parts.
  6. Is it just me or do these threads pop up every couple months?
  7. Bump, make offers if you need anything. Otherwise this stuff its flea bay.
  8. Also have a grab bar, stocker in good shape with hardware, not at all bent. $22 shipped.
  9. Hey guys, have some parts I'm trying to sell off for the she I'm parting, there will be more to come soon. If you need anything particular shoot me a PM. Paypal GIFT much preferred but will also take regular paypal. PM me for my address. Local pickup will deal!!! I have, a stock on off switch, works just fine. $10 shipped Wiring loom, voltage rectifier, TORS box. Came off of a running bike, but has light plugs and stator plug cut off. $12 shipped. Ignition coil, came off a running bike. $17 shipped. Good stator cover, not at all broken, even has gasket. $20 shipped. Pipe clamps. Were on T5 pipes, should fit others as well. Rubbers look a little worn, screws arent stripped, turn just fine. $20 shipped.
  10. Uhhhhhh........ I don't think you read my post.
  11. PMs answered. I am trying to deal locally on parts first. EBay and Paypal kill me with their fees. I will list the stuff that isn't sold as it comes off. Thanks guys!!
  12. This is obviously worth much more in pieces than it is whole, so I don't think you'll like the number but I'd have to see 1500 out of it not to part it. I havent got into the motor yet, I was told the cylinders are an MX port and it sure does pull down low so I imagine they are NOT stock bore.
  13. That is one helluva deal, youd be crazy not to buy at that price!!!!
  14. Which New Castle PA, I'm in PA quite a bit, I might be able to work something out. Shoot me a PM of exactly which components your looking for,, (eg. Top end, electrical, crank, cases, carb, etc.) and I'll work something out for you. John, throw in a can of alpo, a coupon for some Ben Gay, and a stale cheeze doodle and we might be able to deal.
  15. Come on John really? I was born at night but not last night. I've done a few of these myself too don't forget.
  16. Hey, what's up? I havent been on here in a long time, but I am again parting out a bike for a buddy of mine, and I will be slowly posting up the parts as they come off. I will likely start next week. I just wanted to make a quick post to see if anyone LOCAL needs anything, if you do shoot me a PM. If you can come a pick up a part I will give you a heck of a deal. Here's the beauty of a Banshee! About the only thing this bike has going for it is the motor is strong. It has about 110 PSI both cylinders with an MX Dune Port and single carb. Starts on half a kick, idles runs and shifts perfect. Mostly everything else is bent or rusted. Again, I'm trying to sell locally FIRST. I will list the individual parts as they come off if they are not sold locally. Thanks guys!!!!
  17. Looks good bro, if I can ask, what happened to the shee? I havent been on here in a while, I've been building a Honda too (CRF50) On a side note, how much of a bitch is that thing to kickstart hot?
  18. Wow, I can;t spell, but wow do you do some nice work. Thanks guys!!
  19. Hey, I haven't been on here too much lately, but I just started a CRF50 pit bike project, and I was wondering if anyone on here does polishing anymore, I have an aluminum subframe that I wanted to have polished, and clear coated. If anyone could help me outhit meup. Thanks guys!!!
  20. Depending on the type of trails you ride I'd reccomend Holeshot HDs or Razr 2s. They are both pretty gnarly tires and will get through some pretty rough shit.
  21. Bump for ya too. These are awesome helmets, I have a Stunt which is very similar, and it is the best helmet i've ever owned by far.
  22. Bump, just listed my 34mm PJs from my personal bike and most of the hardware from a bike I parted out.
  23. One more of the subframe guesst I welded up.
  24. When I tore apart my bike, the problems were never ending, but when you do get everything back together it will be good to know that you have a solid frame and all of the issues are addressed. If you want to bend the steering hoop back, grab some 2x4s and a bottle jack, set the 2x4s up in the frame, so the bottle jack will push the steering hoop up, and when you get it where you want it you may also want to weld up some gussets. Here's a pic of how I did mine. (I'm not sure why they look so bad, I guess it just cleaned up a lot when I PCed it.) As long as the frame isn't cracke dor broken, everything can be straightened. I wouldn't ditch it, as long as you have some patience its really not that bad to do. You may also want to guesset some other areas like the subframe before putting it back together, I know there are more then a few threads on here about gussestting frames.
