  2. it grounds through the case and the mounting bolts.
  3. I know what a 38mm lectron vs a 36mm lectron on a 4 mill stroker is like (same bike). I dont have a big pwk or an airstryker though, so that probably wont happen on the dyno from my camp. Unless your running the crank dyno or a dynojet with an engine brake, its hard to dial in the needles on the dyno also.
  4. Boss atv link
  5. Try em both and report back. We only run a 38mm lectron on the 460cc cub motor. 36mm lectron on a torque port 4 mill. The other 4 mills and the ported 350's are running 35 pwk's.
  6. Well I dont mess with pj's, but if they are close to a pwk jetting wise..... You can try the dej, but do like a 185 main jet, 48-50 pilot with the air screw 2 turns out to start.
  7. I dont put it in tires, makes a mess when you got to de-bead them or swap them. The tire and rim should seal up on its own, if it doesn't you should not mask the leak with green slime.
  8. fill a garbage can with water and submerge the tire in it. Look for air bubbles. It probably needs the beads broke down and cleaned.
  9. dont forget to set your baseline jetting, neeles, etc....
  10. no, its some stock cages.
  11. you have a drag pipe, your bottom end may get better. With that pipe on, you wont ever have a ton of bottom-mid power.
  12. Ok, I called 206-340-0710 today and talked to a guy. He is sending me a sample to repair the cage. Basically I got to prep the area with a conditioner, then put on the stuff. Then wax a flat surface and clamp the cage to it. Let it dry, seperate it, and trim the excess.
  13. When I ran those runs it was 155 psi. My motor now runs 169 psi.
  14. Its gonna be a long time before I am back on the dyno. I can tell you your missing a ton. You saw what just a 2 degree jump did.
  15. This was on a chassis dyno specifically used for quad and motorcycles. You put slicks on the back and strap the bike down to it. I haven't had my engine out yet to go on the crank dyno. There is only one place to put reed spacers, and thats between the reed cage and the cylinder intake port.
  16. Its hard to say if he is back logged. Whenever I need something he just does it for me. So I dont know how long those 3 rz350 motors in his garage are going to have to wait. I dont think he is too far out though.
  17. I am going to call belzona today to see if they know. Otherwise I will know by tomorrow when I ask dyno dave again.
  18. Yes it was a stock cdi.
  19. Usually painting or putting stickers on the side of a plastic gas tank wont work all that well. The tank can breath through the porous plastic and cause adhesion problems.
  20. this is the company that makes the stuff, I just dont know which stuff I need. Belzona Link
  21. Well, then I would 100% call this guy (Dan). His stuff is wicked and he is good. Patriot Racing Link
  22. Ok!
  23. Well yes call Nick direct. I dont know which capacitor, probably run the one they think will handle it. I haven't ran a capacitor yet. I did a dc conversion and a battery for a guy so he could run hid's.
  24. 19cc is about 169-175 psi compression. You can run 50/50 94 and 110 to get 102 octane which is ok!
  25. Your gonna want to replace your crank seals, so yes you do need to pull the flywheel.
